Abstract
【解決手段】畜糞または畜糞堆肥の加熱残渣を洗浄槽(2)において水で洗浄することにより得られる洗浄液を、吸収塔(5)において燃焼排ガスと接触させることにより洗浄液に燃焼排ガス中の二酸化炭素を吸収させ、次いで、再生塔(7)において二酸化炭素を吸収した洗浄液から二酸化炭素を回収する。

Description
このようにして二酸化炭素が吸収されるため、吸収塔(5)から排出される排出ガスは、二酸化炭素濃度1%以下になる。
導管を通じて再生塔(7)の内部に散布される。再生塔(7)内には、充填材を充填した充填層(7a)が設けられており、洗浄液は、充填材層(7a)を経て下方に向かう。充填材層(7a)に充填される充填材は特に限定されるものではないが、効率のよい熱交換を目的とした充填材、例えばラシヒリングやテラレット等が充填される。
生じた二酸化炭素は、再生塔(7)の頂部から排出される。排出される二酸化炭素は高濃度であり、圧縮・液化されて再利用に供されるか、あるいは地中に貯留される。
したがって、カリウム含有の洗浄液は、複数回にわたって二酸化炭素を吸収するために用いることができる。

Claims (7)
- 畜糞または畜糞堆肥の加熱残渣を水で洗浄することにより得られる洗浄液を燃焼排ガスと接触させることにより該洗浄液に燃焼排ガス中の二酸化炭素を吸収させ、次いで、二酸化炭素を吸収した洗浄液から二酸化炭素を回収する方法。
- 前記加熱残渣は、空気雰囲気下に燃焼することにより得られるものである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記加熱残渣は、酸素欠乏雰囲気下に200〜850℃で加熱することにより得られるものである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記洗浄液は、前記加熱残渣を複数回洗浄することにより得られたものである、請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 前記洗浄液は、pH7.5以上のアルカリ性溶液である、請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- スクラバーを用いて二酸化炭素を吸収する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 畜糞または畜糞堆肥の加熱残渣を水で洗浄することにより得られる、二酸化炭素の吸収・回収用の洗浄液。
