Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、工具を保持して回転駆動可能な主軸(7)と、主軸を回転させるモータとを備え、主軸が走行部(12)に配置され、この走行部が駆動装置によって機械フレーム(16)上で主軸の回転軸線の方向に移動可能である、例えばホーニングによって工作物を超仕上げするためのホーニング盤に関する。駆動装置は平らな一次部分(13)と、この一次部分の上で直線的に摺動可能な二次部分(17)とからなるリニアモータ(18)によって形成され、リニアモータ(18)の一次部分(13)と二次部分(17)の一方(13)は機械フレーム(16)に設けられ、他方は走行部(12)に設けられている。

Claims (3)
- ホーニングまたは精密研磨によって工作物を超仕上げ加工するための機械であって、
主軸ケーシング(8)と、
前記主軸ケーシング(8)内に配置されたホーニング主軸(7)と、
前記主軸ケーシング(8)に一体化されたステ−タ(25)と前記ステータ(25)内で回転可能なロータ(26)を有する第1モータ(9)であって、前記ロータ(26)内に前記ホーニング主軸(7)が配置され、前記ロータ(26)が前記ホーニング主軸(7)を回転させる、前記第1モータ(9)と、
前記主軸ケーシング(8)を支承し、前記ホーニング主軸(7)の往復運動を行なうリニアモータ(18)と、
前記ホーニング主軸(7)内に該ホーニング主軸(7)と共に回転するように配置された棒(11)であって、前記ホーニング主軸(7)内で軸方向に摺動する、前記棒(11)と、
前記主軸ケーシング(8)の軸方向の上端部に固定される第2モータ(10)であって、前記主軸ケーシング(8)の中心軸と前記第2モータ(10)の中心軸が同軸であり、前記第2モータ(10)が前記棒(11)の軸方向に摺動を行うことにより前記ホーニング主軸(7)に配置されるホーニング工具の拡開または仕上げ加工が行われる、前記第2モータ(10)と、
を含む機械。 - 前記第2モータ(10)は、連結部材(49)に係合して該連結部材(49)を回転させる出力軸(50)を備え、
前記連結部材(49)は、調節スリーブ(53)のめねじ(56)に係合するおねじ(56’)を有する突棒(47)を有し、
前記おねじ(56’)とめねじ(56)の係合によって前記連結部材(49)の回転時に前記調節スリーブ(53)が軸方向に摺動し、
前記調節スリーブ(53)に他のスリーブ(52)が連結され、前記他のスリーブ(52)が回転なしで軸方向に摺動し、
前記突棒(11)に連結されるスラスト棒(110)は、前記他のスリーブ(52)内で回転可能に配置される、
請求項1記載の機械。 - 前記第2モータは、円形に形成されるランナとステータを含むリニアモータ(200)を含み、
前記ランナが前記ステータ内に配置され、前記棒(306)に連結される、請求項1記載の機械。
