Abstract
【解決手段】ボイラに収容される水管に装着され、水管内部の特定の水位を検知可能な水位検出電極棒と、前記ボイラに給水する給水ポンプと、前記給水ポンプの起動及び停止を制御する制御部と、を備え、前記制御部は、前記水位検出電極棒が前記特定の水位を検知した場合に前記給水ポンプを起動させると共に、前記水管の圧力及び前記水管に給水される給水温度に基づいて前記給水ポンプの起動時間を決定し、前記起動時間の経過後に前記給水ポンプを停止させる。

Description
まず、図1を参照して本発明の第1実施形態に係る給水制御装置5が装着されるボイラ装置1について説明する。図1は、本発明の第1実施形態に係る給水制御装置を有するボイラ装置の概略構成を示す概略図である。図1に示すように、ボイラ装置1は、ボイラ本体2と、気水分離器3と、水位検出装置4と、給水制御装置5と、を主体に構成されている。
図3は、本発明の第2実施形態に係る給水制御装置を有するボイラ装置の概略構成を示す概略図である。図3に示すように、第2実施形態に係る給水制御装置5Aを有するボイラ装置1Aは、その構成が第1実施形態に係るボイラ装置1と同じである。第2実施形態に係る給水制御装置5Aは、給水制御装置5Aの制御部9Aにおける制御方法が第1実施形態と異なる。

Claims (2)
- ボイラ缶体に収容される水管に装着され、水管内部の特定の水位を検知可能な水位検出電極棒と、
前記ボイラ缶体に給水する給水ポンプと、
前記給水ポンプの起動及び停止を制御する制御部と、を備え、
前記制御部は、
前記水位検出電極棒が前記特定の水位を検知した場合に前記給水ポンプを起動させると共に、前記水管の圧力及び前記水管に給水される給水温度に基づいて前記給水ポンプの起動時間を決定し、前記起動時間の経過後に前記給水ポンプを停止させることを特徴とする給水制御装置。 - ボイラ缶体に収容される水管に装着され、水管内部の特定の水位を検知可能な水位検出電極棒と、

前記給水ポンプの起動により前記水位検出電極棒が前記特定の水位を検知すると、前記水管の圧力及び前記水管に給水される給水温度に基づいて、検知後の前記給水ポンプの起動時間を決定すると共に、前記起動時間の経過後に前記給水ポンプを停止させることを特徴とする給水制御装置。
