Abstract
【解決手段】放電極2を線材によって形成した。線材の太さは、長さ方向に略一定であるため、放電によってその先端が丸まったとしても、その曲率半径を小さく維持しやすくなり、ひいては電界の集中度を強い状態で維持しやすくなって、金属微粒子を生成する能力の低下を抑制することができる。

Claims (8)
- 放電極とグラウンド電極とを有し当該放電極とグラウンド電極との間で放電させることにより金属部材に含まれる金属の微粒子を放出させる金属微粒子生成装置において、
前記放電極およびグラウンド電極のうち少なくともいずれか一方を線材によって構成したことを特徴とする金属微粒子生成装置。 - 前記線材を支持する支持部材を備え、
前記線材を前記支持部材にはんだ付けしたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の金属微粒子生成装置。 - 前記線材を支持する支持部材を備え、
前記支持部材が前記線材を両端支持することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の金属微粒子生成装置。 - 前記線材を支持する支持部材を備え、
前記線材を前記支持部材に巻き付けたことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の金属微粒子生成装置。 - 前記線材を支持する支持部材を備え、
前記支持部材が前記線材を屈曲した状態で支持することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のうちいずれか一つに記載の金属微粒子生成装置。 - 前記線材を支持する支持部材と、
前記線材の少なくとも先端部分を保護する筐体と、
を一体化したことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のうちいずれか一つに記載の金属微粒子生成装置。 - 前記筐体の、前記線材の先端部の側面に対向する位置に、開口部を形成したことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の金属微粒子生成装置。
- 請求項1〜7のうちいずれか一つに記載の金属微粒子生成装置を備える髪ケア装置。
