Abstract
【解決手段】
電圧検出回路11、12に電流源25、27と検出回路26、28とを設け、電流源25と電流源27との間に、同じ抵抗値の抵抗Rtest1、抵抗Rtest2と、抵抗Rsub1と、を接続して、検出回路26で抵抗Rtest1の両端電圧を検出し、検出回路28で抵抗Rtest2の両端電圧を検出して、双方の検出結果に基づいて、双方の検出結果が異なる場合はメインマイコン30が異常と判別し、予め算出した両端電圧と比較して異常な電圧検出回路を判別する。

Claims (6)
- 単位セルが複数直列接続された車載高圧バッテリの前記単位セルを少なくとも一つ有した複数のブロックと、前記ブロックにそれぞれ対応して設けられるとともに前記ブロック内の前記単位セルの両端電圧を検出する電圧検出手段と、を備えた電圧検出装置において、
前記電圧検出手段に、電流源とその電流源に接続された電流検出素子および前記電流検出素子の両端電圧を測定する電圧測定手段が設けられ、
前記電圧測定手段が測定した前記電流検出素子の両端電圧に基づいて前記電圧検出手段の異常を検出する異常検出手段が設けられ、そして、
隣接する前記ブロックに対応する前記電圧検出手段に設けられた前記電流検出素子が互いに接続されている
ことを特徴とする電圧検出装置。 - 前記異常検出手段が、互いに接続された前記電流検出素子の両端電圧が異なる場合に前記電圧検出手段が異常であると判別することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電圧検出装置。
- 前記異常検出手段には予め正常時の前記電流検出素子の両端電圧が設定され、前記異常検出手段が、前記電圧測定手段によって測定された前記電流検出素子の両端電圧が正常時の前記電流検出素子の両端電圧と異なる場合に前記電圧検出手段が異常であると判別することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の電圧検出装置。
- 前記電流検出素子が、抵抗素子であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のうちいずれか一項に記載の電圧検出装置。
- 前記抵抗素子の互いに接続されている素子同士の抵抗値が等しくなっていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の電圧検出装置。
- 互いに接続されている前記電流検出素子の間に電圧調整用素子を接続したことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のうちいずれか一項に記載の電圧検出装置。
