Abstract
【解決手段】ラップフィルム3で覆われた生鮮食料品1に対して帯電微粒子水を噴霧させることで該生鮮食料品1の鮮度を保持させる静電霧化装置Aとする。上記静電霧化装置Aは、ラップフィルム3を浸透する帯電微粒子水を発生させる霧化電極と、霧化電極に水を供給する水供給手段と、霧化電極に供給された水に電圧を印加する電圧印加手段とを備えたものとする。

Claims (6)
- ラップフィルムで覆われた生鮮食料品に対して帯電微粒子水を噴霧させることで該生鮮食料品の鮮度を保持させる静電霧化装置であって、ラップフィルムを浸透する帯電微粒子水を発生させる霧化電極と、霧化電極に水を供給する水供給手段と、霧化電極に供給された水に電圧を印加する電圧印加手段とを備えたことを特徴とする静電霧化装置。
- 霧化電極から生鮮食料品が位置する方向にむけて距離を隔てた箇所に、対向電極を具備していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の静電霧化装置。
- 請求項1又は2記載の静電霧化装置と、ラップフィルムで覆われた生鮮食料品を収納する保存ボックスとを備え、静電霧化装置から保存ボックス内に向けて鮮度保持用の帯電微粒子水を噴霧させることを特徴とする食料保存装置。
- 1秒間に0.15×1016個以上の帯電微粒子水を発生させることを特徴とする請求項3記載の食料保存装置。
- 保存ボックス内の空気を加湿する加湿手段を具備することを特徴とする請求項3又は4記載の食料保存装置。
- 保存ボックス内の空気に浮遊する細菌とウィルスの両方又は一方を除去するフィルタ手段を具備することを特徴とする請求項3〜5のいずれか一項記載の食料保存装置。
