Abstract
【解決手段】エンドバー3が、高張力鋼鋼板を素材とし、この高張力鋼鋼板を塑性加工することにより、ベアリングバー1の両端部分に接合される垂直部3aと、この垂直部3aの下端部分に連続し該両端部分の下方側を受ける受け部3bと、前記垂直部3aの上端部分から前記受け部3bとは反対方向に直角に伸び出した支持部3cとを形成したものとされ、受け部3bと支持部3cとで、ベアリングバー1への荷重Fを受け得るようにした。

Claims (2)
- 道路の側溝などの蓋として用いられ、矩形断面のベアリングバーを立てた状態で平行に並べ、突き合わせ抵抗溶接により、前記ベアリングバーの上端側をクロスバーで前記クロスバーが前記ベアリングバーの上端面から突出しない状態で連結して格子窓を形成し、前記ベアリングバーの両端部をエンドバーで連結したグレーチングであって、
前記エンドバーが、高張力鋼鋼板を素材とし、この高張力鋼鋼板を塑性加工することにより、前記ベアリングバーの両端部分に接合される垂直部と、前記垂直部の下端部分に連続し該両端部分の下方側を受ける受け部と、前記垂直部の上端部分から前記受け部とは反対方向に直角に伸び出した支持部とを形成したものとされ、
前記受け部と前記支持部とで、前記ベアリングバーへの荷重を受け得るようにしたことを特徴とする高張力鋼グレーチング。 - ベアリングバーの素材を高張力鋼として、そのベアリングバーの板厚が一般構造用圧延鋼材を用いた場合の最小板厚より小さい場合に、クロスバーの直径を突き合わせ抵抗溶接を好適に行うために適当とされた直径より大きい直径とすることを特徴とする請求項1記載の高張力鋼グレーチング。
