Abstract
【解決手段】電気的接触のために少なくとも2つの電極の間に配置された、炭素繊維からなる導電性の可撓性抵抗体材料を基礎とする加熱装置の場合に、この炭素繊維は、30tex〜800texのタイターおよび100〜600Ω/mの比電気抵抗率を有する牽切加工された炭素繊維糸である。牽切加工された炭素繊維糸は、電気抵抗の僅かな変動を示し、特に高い破断時の伸びを有し、このことは、例えば自動車における座席の快適性を上昇させる。

Description
(a)例えば、水槽の温度調節のために、全ての種類の液体のための加熱ケーブルの形、この場合には、サーモスタット制御を補充することができ;
(b)電気的に加熱される蓋、クッション、マットレス、シーツおよびカーペットのため;
(c)壁、事務所の区分け壁のため、ブラインドの薄片、換気扇の羽根、家具において、電気式カバーまたは床暖房装置において;
(d)自動車、モペット、オートバイ、ボートおよび航空機における加熱装置のため;
(e)電気的加熱される救命胴衣、衣服、ブーツ、手袋、帽子および潜水服のため;
(f)食品および寝袋を運搬するための容器のため;
(g)冷凍冷蔵庫用、街路用、屋根用および航空機またはヘリコプターのプロペラ用の霜取りシステムのため;
(h)管路用、トンネル用およびタンク用の電気的加熱装置のため、
(i)電気式バーナー用の点火装置において、ならびに管状ボイラー、アンテナおよび電気的フィルターの場合の種々の他の使用において、ならびに瞬間湯沸かし器用の加熱管として使用されることができる。
Claims (9)
- 電気的接触のために少なくとも2つの電極の間に配置された、炭素繊維からなる導電性の可撓性抵抗体材料を基礎とする加熱装置において、この炭素繊維が、30tex〜800texのタイターおよび100〜600Ω/mの比電気抵抗率を有する牽切加工された炭素繊維糸であることを特徴とする、電気的接触のために少なくとも2つの電極の間に配置された、炭素繊維からなる導電性の可撓性抵抗体材料を基礎とする加熱装置。
- 延伸方向に向けられた炭素繊維が、糊剤で処理されている、請求項1記載の加熱装置。
- 牽切加工された炭素繊維糸が、紡織繊維の担持材料と結合されている、請求項1または2記載の加熱装置。
- この加熱装置が制御装置および調整装置を有する、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の加熱装置。
- この加熱装置が温度センサーを有する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の加熱装置。
- 乗り物用の座席ヒーターとしての20〜35℃の温度範囲のための請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の加熱装置の使用。
- 自動車用の座席ヒーターとしての請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の使用。
- 医療用バンドとしての5〜45℃の温度範囲のための請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の加熱装置の使用。
- ポリマー繊維複合体建築部材のための金型ヒーターとしての45〜400℃の温度範囲のための請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の加熱装置の使用。
