Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の排煙脱硝装置は、主流ダクト16を通流して節炭器22により降温された主流排ガスと、節炭器22をバイパスするバイパスダクト24を通流して高温を保ったバイパス排ガス28との合流排ガスに、アンモニアガスを供給した後脱硝反応器で脱硝するものである。特に、主流ダクト16内の主流排ガス26とバイパス排ガス28の合流部には、主流排ガス26の通流方向に並行して主流排ガス流路を複数に仕切り、かつバイパス排ガス28の流入方向に板面を対向させた3枚の仕切板44が、主流排ガス26の通流方向の上流側の端部を、バイパス排ガス28の流入側から順に主流排ガス26の上流側にずらせて流入するバイパス排ガス28に臨ませて設けられている。

Claims (4)
- 火炉から排出された硫黄酸化物及び窒素酸化物を含む燃焼排ガスを通流させる主流ダクトと、該主流ダクト内に配置され前記燃焼排ガスを熱交換により降温させる熱交換器と、前記主流ダクトの前記熱交換器よりも上流側から分岐して熱交換器をバイパスして主流ダクトに合流するバイパスダクトと、前記主流ダクトを流れる主流排ガスと前記バイパスダクトを流れるバイパス排ガスの合流後の燃焼排ガスにアンモニアガスを供給するアンモニア供給装置と、前記アンモニアガスが供給された燃焼排ガスから窒素酸化物を除去する脱硝反応器とを備えてなる排煙脱硝装置において、
前記主流ダクト内の前記主流排ガスと前記バイパス排ガスの合流部には、前記主流排ガスの通流方向に並行して主流排ガス流路を複数に仕切り、かつバイパス排ガスの流入方向に板面を対向させた複数の仕切板が、主流排ガスの通流方向の上流側の端部を、前記バイパス排ガスの流入側から順に主流排ガスの上流側にずらせて流入するバイパス排ガスに臨ませて設けられてなる排煙脱硝装置。 - 前記バイパスダクトの前記主流ダクトとの合流部には、前記バイパス排ガスが前記主流ダクトに流入する際の流れ方向を調整する回動可能な調整羽根が設けられてなる請求項1の排煙脱硝装置。
- 前記調整羽根は、前記主流排ガスと前記バイパス排ガスとの流量比に基づいて回動角度が調整される請求項2の排煙脱硝装置。
- 前記熱交換器は直列に複数設けられ、前記バイパスダクトは少なくとも最下流の熱交換器をバイパスするよう設けられてなる請求項1の排煙脱硝装置。
