Abstract
【解決手段】排気ガス清浄化用のスーツフィルタが収容されたケース4と、ケース4の排気ガス流れ方向の上流側および下流側のそれぞれに配置された別のケース3,5と、スーツフィルタの上流側と下流側との圧力差を検出する差圧センサ7とを備え、スーツフィルタが収容されたケース4、およびケース4の上流側または下流側に配置された別のケース3,5には、これらのケース3,5内の圧力を差圧センサ7に導く管部材71,72がそれぞれ取り付けられている構成とした。従って、例えば、管部材71,72の配管寸法が異なる場合には、取り付けの際に、ケース4の向きを誤ると、管部材71,72の配管寸法が足りなかったり、長すぎたりして、誤接続を防止できる。

Description
そして、これらのケースは分割可能であり、スーツフィルタに堆積したアッシュ等を取り除く場合には、各ケースを分解し、スーツフィルタをケースごと取り外してメンテナンス実施する。
以下、本発明の第1実施形態を図面に基づいて説明する。
なお、以下では、説明の便宜上、排気ガスの流れ方向の上流側を「上流側」、排気ガス流れ方向の下流側を「下流側」とする。
図1は、本実施形態での排気ガス浄化装置1を示す全体斜視図であり、図2は、図1でのA−A矢視図である。図1、図2において、排気ガス浄化装置1は、図示しないディーゼルエンジン(以下、単にエンジンと称する)の排気管途中に設けられて、排気ガス中に含まれるPMを捕集するものであり、ケース本体1Aを備えている。このケース本体1Aは、エンジンの排気管と接続される円筒状のケース2と、ケース2の下流側の配置された円筒状のケース3と、ケース3のさらに下流側に配置された円筒状のケース4と、最下流に配置されて図示しない出口管が接続されるケース5とを備えている。
本発明の排気ガス浄化装置1としては、エンジンが収容されているエンジンルーム内において、エンジンルームを形成しているフレームやボンネット等に取り付けられてもよく、エンジン自体の上部側等に取り付けられてもよく、取付位置などはその実施にあたって適宜に決められてもよい。
[第2実施形態]
図5は、第2実施形態を示す図である。
本実施形態では、各ケース2〜5は、フランジ継手6の間にシール材65を介装したうえで、フランジ継手6同士をVクランプ64で締め付けることにより接合される。これによっても、前記各実施形態と同様に各ケース2〜5を良好に接合することができる。
従って、上記に開示した形状、数量などを限定した記載は、本発明の理解を容易にするために例示的に記載したものであり、本発明を限定するものではないから、それらの形状、数量などの限定の一部もしくは全部の限定を外した部材の名称での記載は、本発明に含まれるものである。
また、前記各実施形態では、差圧センサ7は、フランジ継手6に取り付けられていたが、これに限定されず、任意の位置に取り付けられてよい。
また、前記各実施形態の排気ガス浄化装置1には、酸化触媒31が設けられたが、スーツフィルタ41の再生方法の違いによっては省略してもよい。
Claims (5)
- 排気ガス清浄化用のスーツフィルタが収容されたケースと、
前記ケースの排気ガス流れ方向の上流側および下流側のそれぞれに配置された別のケースと、
前記スーツフィルタの上流側と下流側との圧力差を検出する検出手段とを備え、
前記スーツフィルタが収容されたケース、および当該ケースの上流側または下流側に配置された前記別のケースには、これらのケース内の圧力を前記検出手段に導く管部材がそれぞれ取り付けられている
ことを特徴とする排気ガス浄化装置。 - 請求項1に記載の排気ガス浄化装置において、
前記管部材は、金属製である
ことを特徴とする排気ガス浄化装置。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載の排気ガス浄化装置において、
前記検出手段が、前記スーツフィルタが収容されたケースの排気ガス入り口側寄り、または出口側寄りに位置している
ことを特徴とする排気ガス浄化装置。 - 請求項1から請求項3のいずれかに記載の排気ガス浄化装置において、
前記スーツフィルタが収容されたケースに取り付けられた管部材は、2つの前記別のケースのうち、もう1つの管部材が取り付けられたケースとは異なるケースに近接した入口側または出口側に位置し、
前記検出手段は、差圧センサである
ことを特徴とする排気ガス浄化装置。 - 請求項1から請求項4のいずれかに記載の排気ガス浄化装置において、
前記もう1つの管部材が取り付けられたケースは、前記スーツフィルタが収容されたケースの下流側に接合されている
ことを特徴とする排気ガス浄化装置。
