Abstract

Claims (10)
- 熱に弱い部品を高温、衝突、及び湿気から保護するための格納容器(100)であって、
熱に弱い部品(121)を収納するために構成される内部空洞(104)を囲む外部ハウジング(102)と、
前記内部空洞が前記格納容器に対して外部である環境から密閉されるように外部ハウジングと対になるようにかみあうように構成されるカバー(108)と、を備え、
前記外部ハウジング及び前記カバーの少なくとも一つがセラミック素材から形成されている格納容器(100)。 - 前記セラミック素材は炭化ホウ素マトリックスからなる請求項1に記載の格納容器(100)。
- 前記セラミック素材はファイバー状の炭化ホウ素からなる請求項1に記載の格納容器(100)。
- 前記外部ハウジング(102)はセラミック素材の鋳造物である請求項1に記載の格納容器(100)。
- 前記セラミック素材は、複数の層(122、124、126)から形成される請求項1に記載の格納容器(100)。
- 前記複数の層(122、124、126)は少なくとも一つの金属層からなる請求項5に記載の格納容器(100)。
- 前記内部空洞(104)を囲む断熱層(112)を更に備え、前記断熱層は、前記セラミック素材の熱膨張係数とほぼ同等な熱膨張係数を有する素材を有する請求項1に記載の格納容器(100)。
- 前記ハウジング(102)及び前記カバー(108)の少なくとも一つを通る開口と、
電力及び電気信号の少なくとも一つを前記ハウジング及び前記カバーの少なくとも一つを介して伝導するために構成され、前記空洞(104)と前記格納容器に対して外部である環境との間の密閉を維持するように前記開口を覆う電気コネクタ(116)と、を更に備える請求項1に記載の格納容器(100)。 - 空洞(104)を形成し、前記空洞を部分的に囲むシールエッジを含むセラミックハウジング(102)と、
シールエッジに補足的なエッジ(110)を含むセラミックカバー(108)と、を備え、
前記ハウジングと前記カバーとが結合されると前記空洞に囲まれた耐火格納容器を形成する車両用の耐衝突格納容器(100)。 - 前記空洞(104)を囲み、前記ハウジング(102)及び前記カバー(108)の内側表面(114)に隣接した断熱層(112)を更に備える請求項9に記載の格納容器(100)。
