Abstract

(a)ウェブ製品を準備するステップ、
(b)前記ウェブ製品を必要とされる幅に切断するステップ、
(c)ステップ(b)後にもたらされたウェブ製品を芯又は巻芯に巻成するステップ、及び
(d)ウェブ製品を芯又は巻芯上で、芯又は巻芯の軸線に沿って短くするステップ、
を有しているようになっている。
Claims (8)
- 担体と研磨粒子とを有するウェブ製品を短くする方法において、研磨粒子は、担体内部及び/又は担体の表面の少なくとも一部分に設けられており、
(a)ウェブ製品を準備するステップ、
(b)前記ウェブ製品を必要な幅に切断するステップ、
(c)ステップ(b)によりもたらされたウェブ製品を芯又は巻芯に巻成するステップ、及び
(d)ウェブ製品を芯又は巻芯上で、芯又は巻芯の軸線に沿って短くするステップ、
を有していることを特徴とする、ウェブ製品を短くする方法。 - 前記ステップ(c)において、ウェブ製品の厚さの100から105倍の直径を有する芯又は巻芯を使用する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記ステップ(c)において、5から100μmの厚さを有するウェブ製品を使用する、請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- 前記ステップ(c)において、2から1000層のウェブ製品を芯又は巻芯に巻成し、層の数を、前記ステップ(c)により得られた物体の軸線に対して垂直な最大直径と、芯又は巻芯の直径との差を、ウェブ製品の厚さ2倍で割って、端数を切り捨てた商から得る、請求項1から3までのいずれか一項記載の方法。
- 前記ステップ(d)において、少なくとも1つの固定のナイフ又は回転するナイフを使用する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記ステップ(d)において、ウェブ製品を一回の切断で前記軸線に沿って外側から、前記ステップ(c)によって得られた物体の回転軸線の方向で短くする、請求項1から5までのいずれか一項記載の方法。
- 請求項1から6までのいずれか一項により獲得される大量生産される製品。
- 請求項7記載のウェブ製品の、電池におけるセパレータとしての使用。
