Abstract
【解決手段】基礎リング部材と上部リング部材と下部リング部材とを含み、前記基礎リング部材は、外力による回動と同時に上部・下部傾斜面に前記上部リング部材と下部リング部材が各々密着して結合する際に、摺動することなく前記管路の外周表面に固定されるように内周面に突起ラインが備えられ、前記突起ラインは螺旋又は斜線状の歯構造である。管路連結装置は第1締結具と第2締結具とからなり、前記第2締結具は前記第2管路の端部に固定される気密手段である所定の気密用パッキング手段に係止された状態で前記第1締結具との結合が可能であるように回転自在であり、前記第2締結具が回転される場合に、前記気密用パッキング手段は前記第2締結具の内周面と密着、又は噛合った状態で回転力の提供を受け、前記第2締結具の回転方向と同一な方向に一定半径回動され、前記第2管路の外周表面に固定される。

Description
にO−リング部材60を挿入した後、第1固定部材40の係止部41に係止状態で固定されている締結部材50を回転させて第2固定部材30と結合させるが、この際に、第2固定部材30の第1ネジ部31と締結部材50の第2ネジ部51が相互噛合され、ネジ結合形態に固定される。
添付された図3乃至図5は、本発明による気密用パッキング手段の一実施例とその結合形態を示した図面である。
−第1実施例−
添付された図7乃至図9は本発明による管路連結装置の第1実施例を示した図面である。
図19乃至図22は、本発明による管路連結装置の第2実施例を示した図面であって、本装置100は相互対応する一側管路101及び他側管路102の気密を確実に維持するように連結するものである。
図24乃至図26は本発明による管路連結装置の第3実施例を示した図面であって、本装置100は、相互対応する一側管路101及び他側管路102の気密を確実に維持するように連結するものである。
図27は本発明による管路連結装置の第4実施例を示した図面であって、示したように、本実施例による管路連結装置100は先の実施例と同様に、上記した基準部材210と第1及び第2固定部材220A,220Bを含む。
図29は、本発明による管路連結装置の第5実施例を示す結合断面図であって、本発明の第5実施例による管路連結装置は、大きく、基準部材100、第1固定部材200、及び第2固定部材で構成される。
Claims (17)
- 管路の外周表面に嵌められ周縁部が上向き傾斜された上部傾斜面と下向き傾斜された下部傾斜面とからなる基礎リング部材と、
前記基礎リング部材の上部傾斜面に対応して密着するように内部が傾斜面でなる上部リング部材と、
前記基礎リング部材の下部傾斜面に対応して密着するように内部が傾斜面でなる下部リング部材とを含み、
前記基礎リング部材は、外力による回動と同時に前記上部・下部傾斜面に前記上部リング部材と下部リング部材が各々密着して結合する際に、摺動することなく前記管路の外周表面に固定されるように内周面に突起ラインが備えられ、前記管路の外周表面を入り込む深さを制限するように前記突起ラインを横切るリブラインが備えられ、
前記突起ラインは、前記上部リング部材と対応する前記下部リング部材側に向いて前記管路の外周表面を一定の深さ入り込んでいくことができるように、螺旋又は斜線状の歯構造であることを含む気密用パッキング手段。 - 前記基礎リング部材において、外力と接する面は、前記外力を提供する手段と対応する形状であるか、外力を提供する手段と密着するように粘性材質であるものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の気密用パッキング手段。
- 前記基礎リング部材は、内径方向に収縮して前記管路の外周表面に密着するように、その一部が切開されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の気密用パッキング手段。
- 前記管路の外周表面に順次嵌められる公差調整用補助リング、及び補強リングが一側に更に備えられる請求項1に記載の気密用パッキング手段。
- 相互対応する第1管路と第2管路を連結するように前記第1管路の端部に結合される第1締結具と第2管路の端部に結合される第2締結具とからなり、
前記第1締結具は、外周表面に前記第2締結具とネジ結合が可能となるようにするネジ部と、前記ネジ部の後側に、締めることによる前記第2締結具との結合の際に、把持して回転加圧が可能である操作部とを備え、
前記第2締結具は、内周表面に前記第1締結具とネジ結合が可能となるようにするネジ部と、外周表面に締めることによる前記第1締結具との結合の際に、把持して回転加圧が可能とする操作部とを備え、
前記第2締結具は、前記第2管路の端部に固定される気密手段である第1項乃至第4項のいずれか1項による気密用パッキング手段に係止された状態で前記第1締結具との結合を可能とするように回転自在に備えられるが、
前記第2締結具が回転される場合に、前記気密用パッキング手段は前記第2締結具の外周面と密着、又は噛合った状態で回転力の提供を受け、前記第2締結具の回転方向と同一な方向に一定半径回動するとともに前記第2管路の外周表面に固定されることを特徴とする管路連結装置。 - 前記各操作部は、締め結合のための回転加圧が可能となるように、外周表面に把持用突起が備えられることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の管路連結装置。
- 前記第2締結具は、前記第2管路の端部に固定される前記気密手段に係止された状態を維持するように、前記操作部と対応する方向の端部に係止突起を備えることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の管路連結装置。
- 相互対応する第1締結具と第2締結具の連結解除を防止するために、前記第1締結具の外周面にはロックキーが備えられ、前記第2締結具の内周上端には前記ロックキーとの係止状態を維持するためのロック突起が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の管路連結装置。
- 前記ロックキーは、第1締結具と第2締結具の結合の際に前記ロック突起がロッキング方向に摺動回転することができるようにする摺動傾斜面と、解除方向に前記ロック突起の回転を遮断するように前記摺動傾斜面の対応側に位置した係止端面を備えることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の管路連結装置。
- 前記第1締結具は、操作部とネジ部の境界線上にロックキーが挿入固定される嵌め溝を備え、前記摺動傾斜面と前記係止端面は、ロックキーの一側面に一体に備えられることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の管路連結装置。
- 前記ロックキーは、摺動傾斜面と係止端面の下部に嵌め溝内に挿入されるコ字状の弾力部と、摺動傾斜面と係止断面の上部に前記弾力部を下方に加圧してロック突起と係止端面の係止状態を解除するようにされた押し部を備えることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の管路連結装置。
- 相互対応する一側管路及び他側管路を連結する管路連結装置であって、
内周面が前記一側管路の外周面に熱融着方式で固定され、外周面には、ネジ結合が可能であるようにネジ部が形成され、前記ネジ部と隣接するように把持用操作部が形成される基準部材と、
前記基準部材の内周面と前記他側管路の外周面との間に挿入され、内周面が前記他側管路の外周面に固定される固定部材と、
前記基準部材とネジ結合するが、前記他側管路の外周面に固定される第1項乃至第6項のいずれか1項による気密用パッキング手段に係止された状態で前記基準部材との結合が可能であるように回転自在に備えられる締結部材とを含み、
前記締結部材は、内周面に前記基準部材のネジ部とネジ結合が可能となるようにするネジ部と、外周面には締めることによる前記基準部材との結合の際に、把持して回転加圧が可能とする操作部とを備えることを特徴とする管路連結装置。 - 前記固定部材の内周面は前記他側管路の端部から外周面の所定長さに至るまで熱融着方式で固定され、前記固定部材の外周面は前記基準部材の内周面中央部から他側方向の所定長さに至るまで電気加熱融着方式で固定されることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の管路連結装置。
- 相互対応する一側管路及び他側管路を連結する管路連結装置であって、
前記一側管路及び前記他側管路の連結部分を基準として両対称される形態を有し、外周面が平坦に形成される基準部材と、
前記基準部材の内周面一側及び前記一側管路の外周面の間に挿入され、内周面は前記一側管路の外周面に固定される第1固定部材と、
前記第1固定部材と対称するように備えられるが、前記基準部材の内周面他側、及び前記他側管路の外周面の間に挿入され、内周面は前記他側管路の外周面に固定される第2固定部材と、
前記基準部材の一側及び他側に、一つの長型締結具で連結される第1及び第2締結部材とを含み、
前記第1固定部材の内周面は前記一側管路の端部から外周面の所定長さに至るまで熱融着方式で固定され、前記第1固定部材の外周面は前記基準部材の内周面中央部から一側方向の所定長さに至るまで電気加熱融着方式で固定され、
前記第2固定部材の内周面は前記他側管路の端部から外周面の所定長さに至るまで熱融着方式で固定され、前記第2固定部材の外周面は前記基準部材の内周面中央部から他側方向の所定長さに至るまで電気加熱融着方式で固定され、
前記第1及び第2締結部材は、各々前記一側管路及び他側管路の外周面に固定される第1項乃至第4項のいずれか1項による気密用パッキング手段を支持した状態で、前記長型締結具によって相互連結が可能であるように前記長型締結具が嵌められる締結孔を有することを特徴とする管路連結装置。 - 前記第1固定部材の内周面には凹部又は凸部が形成され、前記一側管路には前記凹部が挿入されるか、前記凸部が挿入されるように対応する形状を有する対応部が形成され、前記第1固定部材の外周面は前記基準部材の内周面と接触され、
前記第2固定部材の内周面には凹部又は凸部が形成され、前記他側管路には前記凹部が挿入されるか、前記凸部が挿入されるように対応する形状を有する対応部が形成され、前記第2固定部材の外周面は前記基準部材の内周面と接触されることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の管路連結装置。 - 相互対応する一側管路及び他側管路を連結する管路連結装置であって、
両端に各々管路が挿入固定され、外周面にネジ山が形成された基準部材と、
前記基準部材とネジ結合される第1固定部材と、
前記基準部材と前記管路を固定する第2固定部材とを含み、
前記基準部材と前記第1固定部材との間には第1項乃至第6項のいずれか1項による気密用パッキング手段が挿入され、
前記第2固定部材は、前記第1固定部材の両端に各々位置するように前記管路に設けられた一対のフランジ部材でなり、前記フランジ部材の周縁部には長型ボルトによって互いに締結されるように締結部が延長形成されたことを特徴とする管路連結装置。 - 前記第2固定部材の内側には、前記管路が離脱されるのを防止するために、少なくとも一つの突起が形成されたストッパーが設けられたことを特徴とする請求項16に記載の管路連結装置。
