Abstract
【解決手段】本発明に基づいて、各固定子巻歯(5)の半径方向内側端にそれぞれ軸方向に延びる帯状あるいは板状の永久磁石(7)が配置され、これらの永久磁石(7)は円周方向に互い違いのラジアル磁化方向(M)を有している。

Claims (8)
- 円周方向に分布して配置されたn個の固定子スロット(4)とそれらの固定子スロット(4)間に位置する同じn個の固定子巻歯(5)とを備えた回転磁界形電機固定子(3)を有し、それらの固定子スロット(4)が回転磁界を発生するために多相固定子巻線(6)で巻線されている、ロータ軸(2)を非接触式に軸受けするためのラジアル磁気軸受であって、
各固定子巻歯(5)の半径方向内側端にそれぞれ軸方向に延びる帯状あるいは板状の永久磁石(7)が配置され、これらの永久磁石(7)が円周方向に互い違いのラジアル磁化方向(M)を有していることを特徴とするロータ軸を非接触式に軸受けするためのラジアル磁気軸受。 - 永久磁石(7)が横断面矩形あるいはリングセグメント形を有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のラジアル磁気軸受。
- 永久磁石(7)の最大半径方向距離(RP)が固定子スロット(4)の最小半径方向距離(RS)より小さいことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のラジアル磁気軸受。
- 永久磁石(7)の半径方向厚さ(RD)が固定子スロット(4)の半径方向深さ(RT)の0.1〜0.5倍であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1つに記載のラジアル磁気軸受。
- 永久磁石磁界の磁極対数pVと多相回転磁界の磁極対数pDが値1だけ異なっていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか1つに記載のラジアル磁気軸受。
- 多相固定子巻線(6)が穴数(Lochzahl)q=2/5の三相交流巻線であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のラジアル磁気軸受。
- 回転磁界形電機固定子(3)が12個の固定子スロット(4)並びに12個の永久磁石(7)を有し、永久磁石磁界が6の磁極対数pVを有し、三相回転磁界が三相交流調整器(11)による励磁時に5の磁極対数pDを有することを特徴とする請求項6に記載のラジアル磁気軸受。
- 請求項1ないし7のいずれか1つに記載のラジアル磁気軸受(1)と回転磁界励磁用の多相交流調整器(11)を備えていることを特徴とする磁気軸受装置。
