Claims (5)
- 円周方向に分布して配置されたn個の固定子スロット(4)とそれらの固定子スロット(4)間に位置する同じn個の固定子巻歯(5)とを備えた回転磁界形電機固定子(3)を有し、それらの固定子スロット(4)が三相回転磁界を発生するために多相固定子巻線(6)で巻線されている、ロータ軸(2)を非接触式に軸受けするための、永久磁石励磁式ラジアル磁気軸受(1)であって、
各前記固定子巻歯(5)の半径方向内側端にそれぞれ軸方向に延びる帯状又は板状の永久磁石(7)が配置され、それらの永久磁石(7)が円周方向に互い違いのラジアル磁化方向(M)を有しており、かつそれらの永久磁石(7)の各々が横断面矩形又はリングセグメント形を有しており、かつそれらの永久磁石(7)の各々の最大半径方向距離(RP)が前記固定子スロット(4)の最小半径方向距離(RS)より小さく、かつ
前記永久磁石(7)による磁界の磁極対数p V の値と励磁時の前記多相固定子巻線(6)による三相回転磁界の磁極対数p D の値とが、1だけ異なる
ことを特徴とする永久磁石励磁式ラジアル磁気軸受。 - 前記永久磁石(7)の半径方向厚さ(RD)が、前記固定子スロット(4)の半径方向深さ(RT)の0.1〜0.5倍である
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の永久磁石励磁式ラジアル磁気軸受。 - 前記多相固定子巻線(6)が、穴数(Lochzahl)q=2/5となるように前記固定子スロット(4)に巻回されている三相交流巻線である
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の永久磁石励磁式ラジアル磁気軸受。 - 前記回転磁界形電機固定子(3)が、12個の前記固定子スロット(4)並びに12個の前記永久磁石(7)を有し、
前記永久磁石による磁界が、6の磁極対数pVを有し、かつ
前記回転磁界形電機固定子(3)における前記三相回転磁界が、三相交流調整器(11)による前記多相固定子巻線(6)の励磁時に5の磁極対数pDを有するように設定されている
ことを特徴とする請求項3記載の永久磁石励磁式ラジアル磁気軸受。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか1つに記載の永久磁石励磁式ラジアル磁気軸受(1)と、
前記永久磁石励磁式ラジアル軸受(1)における多相固定子巻線(6)の励磁用の多相交流調整器(11)と
を備えたことを特徴とする磁気軸受装置。
