Abstract
【解決手段】少なくとも1つの排気ダクト特に排気パイプ(1)を有するとともに、この排気ダクト(1)の下流側に、酸化触媒、SCR触媒またはディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタを有する燃焼機関用の排気システムにおいて、下流に設けられたガス処理装置の効率を向上させるために、排気ダクト(1)に、該排気ダクト(1)の断面よりも小さな断面を有する少なくとも1つの二次流れダクト特に二次流れパイプを設け、この二次流れダクトが、実際の排気ガス流とは異なる流れとなるように排気ガス流の一部に強制的な案内を与える。

Claims (12)
- 少なくとも1つの排気ダクト特に排気パイプ(1)を有するとともに、上記排気ダクト(1)の下流に、酸化触媒、SCR触媒またはディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタなどの排気ガス処理装置を有する燃焼機関用の排気システムにおいて、
上記排気ダクト(1)に、上記排気ダクト(1)の断面よりも小さな断面を有する少なくとも1つの二次流れダクト特に二次流れパイプ(4)を設け、この二次流れダクト(4)が、実際の排気ガス流とは別の流れとなるように排気ガス流の一部に強制的な案内を与えることを特徴とする排気システム。 - 一部の排気ガス流が、上記排気ダクト(1)の中央領域から径方向外側に向かって案内されるように、上記二次流れダクト(4)が構成かつ配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の排気システム。
- 一部の排気ガス流が、上記排気ダクト(1)の中央領域まで径方向内側に向かって案内されるように、上記二次流れダクト(4)が構成かつ配置されることを特徴とする請求項1および2のいずれかに記載の排気システム。
- 一部の排気ガス流が、周縁の投入点(8)特に燃料または還元剤の噴射点、あるいはバーナまで案内されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の排気システム。
- 上記排気ガスを混合する装置(16)特にいわゆるジェットノズル混合器が、上記二次流れダクト(4)の排気ガス下流側に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の排気システム。
- 複数の二次流れダクト(4)が、上記排気ダクト(1)の断面に亘って均等な分布で配置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の排気システム。
- 複数の二次流れダクト(4)が、上記排気ダクト(1)の断面に亘って不均等な分布で配置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の排気システム。
- 1つまたは複数の二次流れダクト(4)が、排気ガス流方向(I)において、1つまたは複数の枝分かれを有するように形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の排気システム。
- 旋回手段が、1つまたは複数の二次流れダクト(4)に、特には燃料または還元剤などの添加剤の投入点(8)よりも上流に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の排気システム。
- 尿素などの液体添加剤の蒸発器要素が、1つまたは複数の流れダクト(4)に、特には該添加剤の投入点(8)よりも下流に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の排気システム。
- 少なくとも1つの二次流れダクト(4)の出口端部(9)が、主排気ガス流の方向(I)に向けて傾けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の排気システム。
- 渦プレート、旋回装置などの乱流発生装置が、少なくとも1つの二次流れダクト(4)の出口端部(13,19)に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の排気システム。
