Abstract
【解決手段】ボディ12の内部に、弾性材料からなるダイヤフラム14が設けられ、前記ダイヤフラム14が、前記ボディ12の内筒部24に着座するシート部54を有する本体部48と、該本体部48に外周側に設けられ前記内筒部24に対して摺動変位する保持部50と、前記ボディ12の鍔部28に保持されるスカート部52とを有し、前記スカート部52がスプリング18の弾発力によって撓曲することにより、前記シート部54が前記内筒部24から離間する。

Claims (5)
- 圧力流体が供給されるポートを有するボディと、
前記ボディの内部に変位自在に設けられ、前記ボディのポートに着座する弁部と、前記ボディに当接して軸線方向に沿って案内される案内部と、該弁部の端部から延在して該ボディに保持されるスカート部とを有するダイヤフラムと、
前記ボディと前記ダイヤフラムとの間に介装され、該ダイヤフラムを前記ポートから離間する方向に向かって付勢するスプリングと、
を備え、
前記スカート部は、前記圧力流体の排気される空間側に臨むことを特徴とする減圧装置。 - 請求項1記載の減圧装置において、
前記ボディには、前記ポートが形成される筒部を有し、該筒部の外周側に前記案内部が摺接することを特徴とする減圧装置。 - 請求項1又は2記載の減圧装置において、
前記弁部は、前記ポートを囲繞するように着座する環状の着座部を有することを特徴とする減圧装置。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の減圧装置において、
前記スプリングの弾発力を調整自在な調整部材を有し、前記調整部材による調整作用下に前記弁部が前記ポートに着座するタイミングが調整されることを特徴とする減圧装置。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の減圧装置において、
前記減圧装置は、前記圧力流体が充填される第1室と第2室との間に設けられることを特徴とする減圧装置。
