Abstract
【解決手段】流動層燃焼炉1と、流動媒体11と排ガスを分離する分離器8と、流動媒体11を降下管46を介して導入すると共に原料を導入する流動層ガス化炉40と、チャーと流動媒体11とを流動層燃焼炉1に循環する循環流路と、流動層ガス化炉40の一側面を構成する流動媒体導入側壁部41の幅方向に沿って延在し、降下管46から流動媒体11を受ける分散部43と、分散部43に流動ガスを吹き込んで分散部43内の流動媒体11を流動させる流動ガス導入手段47と、分散部43の流動媒体11を流動層ガス化炉40内へ流動媒体導入側の全幅にわたり略均一に供給する供給部48とを備える。

Description
前記降下管からの流動媒体を、流動層ガス化炉の流動媒体導入側壁部の幅方向に沿って延在する分散部へ供給し、分散部へ流動ガスを吹き込んで流動媒体を流動化し、分散部の流動媒体を流動層ガス化炉内へ流動媒体導入側の全幅にわたり略均一に供給することを特徴とする流動層ガス化方法、にかかるものである。
前記流動層燃焼炉から導出される高温流体から流動媒体と排ガスを分離する分離器と、
前記分離器で分離した流動媒体を降下管を介して導入すると共に原料を導入し、ガス化剤が供給された流動層により原料をガス化して生成ガスを取り出す流動層ガス化炉と、
前記流動層ガス化炉で原料をガス化する際に生成したチャーと流動媒体とを流動層燃焼炉に循環する循環流路と、
前記流動層ガス化炉の一側面を構成する流動媒体導入側壁部の幅方向に沿って延在し、前記降下管から流動媒体を受ける分散部と、
前記分散部に流動ガスを吹き込んで分散部内の流動媒体を流動させる流動ガス導入手段と、
前記分散部の流動媒体を流動層ガス化炉内へ流動媒体導入側の全幅にわたり略均一に供給する供給部とを備えたことを特徴とする流動層ガス化設備、にかかるものである。

Claims (11)
- チャーを燃焼させて流動媒体を加熱する流動層燃焼炉を備え、該流動層燃焼炉から導出される高温流体から分離器を介して流動媒体と排ガスを分離し、分離した流動媒体を降下管を介して流動層ガス化炉に導入すると共に、原料を前記流動層ガス化炉に導入し、前記流動層ガス化炉内でガス化剤が供給された流動層により原料をガス化して生成ガスを取り出し、原料をガス化する際に生成したチャーと流動媒体とを前記流動層燃焼炉に循環してチャーを燃焼させる流動層ガス化方法であって、
前記降下管からの流動媒体を、流動層ガス化炉の流動媒体導入側壁部の幅方向に沿って延在する分散部へ供給し、分散部へ流動ガスを吹き込んで流動媒体を流動化し、分散部の流動媒体を流動層ガス化炉内へ流動媒体導入側の全幅にわたり略均一に供給することを特徴とする流動層ガス化方法。 - チャーを燃焼させて流動媒体を加熱する流動層燃焼炉と、
前記流動層燃焼炉から導出される高温流体から流動媒体と排ガスを分離する分離器と、
前記分離器で分離した流動媒体を降下管を介して導入すると共に原料を導入し、ガス化剤が供給された流動層により原料をガス化して生成ガスを取り出す流動層ガス化炉と、
前記流動層ガス化炉で原料をガス化する際に生成したチャーと流動媒体とを流動層燃焼炉に循環する循環流路と、
前記流動層ガス化炉の一側面を構成する流動媒体導入側壁部の幅方向に沿って延在し、前記降下管から流動媒体を受ける分散部と、
前記分散部に流動ガスを吹き込んで分散部内の流動媒体を流動させる流動ガス導入手段と、
前記分散部の流動媒体を流動層ガス化炉内へ流動媒体導入側の全幅にわたり略均一に供給する供給部とを備えたことを特徴とする流動層ガス化設備。 - 前記循環流路は、流動媒体導入側壁部の対向する流動層ガス化炉の流動媒体導出側壁部に配置されたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の流動層ガス化設備。
- 前記供給部は、流動媒体導入側壁部の幅方向に対して複数本を並べて配置され、分散部から流動層ガス化炉へ通じる供給管であることを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の流動層ガス化設備。
- 前記供給部は、流動媒体導入側壁部の幅方向に沿って延在する供給口を備え且つ分散部から流動層ガス化炉へ通じる供給通路を形成することを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の流動層ガス化設備。
- 前記流動ガス導入手段は、分散部の延在方向に対して複数本を並べて配置される流動ガス導入管を備えたことを特徴とする請求項2〜5のいずれか1つに記載の流動層ガス化設備。
- 前記降下管は、下方の開口部が分散部内の流動媒体中に位置し、分散部から降下管への燃焼ガスの逆流を防ぐように配置されたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の流動層ガス化設備。
- 前記供給管は、分散部から下方に延在する入側部と、流動媒体を溜めて圧力のシール帯を形成するよう入側部の延在方向を変更する中間部と、該中間部から溢れ出た流動媒体を流動層ガス化炉へ供給するよう中間部から流動層ガス化炉へ通じる出側部とを備え、前記シール帯は流動層ガス化炉から分散部への燃焼ガスの逆流を防止するように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の流動層ガス化設備。
- 前記降下管は、流動媒体を溜めて圧力のシール帯を形成するよう分離器からの延在方向を変更する中間部と、該中間部から溢れ出た流動媒体を分散部へ供給するよう変更部から分散部へ通じる出側部とを備え、前記シール帯は分散部から降下管の上方への燃焼ガスの逆流を防ぐように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の流動層ガス化設備。
- 前記分散部と供給通路の間に連通部を備えて分散部から供給通路まで流動媒体導入側壁部と略同じ幅の流路を有し、前記連通部は、分散部と供給通路の間に流動媒体を溜めて圧力のシール帯を形成するよう分散部からの延在方向を変更して形成され、前記シール帯は流動層ガス化炉から分散部への燃焼ガスの逆流を防ぐように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の流動層ガス化設備。
- 原料を流動層ガス化炉へ複数個所から導入するように構成したことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の流動層ガス化設備。
