Claims (1)
- 急性アテローム硬化性症候群に罹患した疑いのある患者中の自己抗体を検出する方法であって、
ａ）β２−糖タンパク質Ｉ（β２‐ＧＰＩ）に特異的なＩｇＡ自己抗体を含むことがあり得る血清または血漿サンプルを患者より獲得するステップと、
ｂ）前記血清または血漿サンプルを、β２−ＧＰＩドメイン４およびドメイン５からなるポリペプチドと接触させて、前記ポリペプチドと前記ＩｇＡ自己抗体との間に複合体を形成させるステップと、
ｃ）前記血清または血漿中のＩｇＡ自己抗体のレベルを確証するために、前記複合体中の前記ＩｇＡ抗体を検出するステップと、
ｄ）前記複合体中の前記ＩｇＡのレベルを、健常な対照者由来の血清または血漿中の対照レベルのＩｇＡ自己抗体と比較するステップ
とを含み、前記複合体中の前記ＩｇＡ自己抗体のレベルが、対照レベルよりも高い場合、前記患者は急性アテローム硬化性症候群である可能性があることを示唆する、方法。
