Abstract

Description
<FEAモデル>
上述されたように、防噴装置のための弾性及び剛性物質を有したシールを設計し製造するために歴史的に使用された技術とモデルとは、シールの設計の製造と性能を改良するための正しい情報を提供しない場合がある。例えば、一様でない熱処理、材料の厚さの多様性、材料特性の変動などは適切な硬化パラメータの信頼できない予測を引き起こす可能性がある。そのため、本発明に開示されている実施形態に従った防噴装置用シールの設計及び製造において、硬化段階のFEAシステムを含む方法はシールの設計及び製造の改良に使用されてもよい。このFEAメソッドは、シールモデルの生産と変更のための特定の技術に加え、硬化サイクルの間に弾性材料の硬化度合いをより正確に測定することができる。そのようなFEAを行うのに適切なソフトウェアは、ABAQUS(ABAQUS, Inc.で入手可能)、MARC(MSC Software Corporationで入手可能)、及びANSYS(ANSYS, Inc.で入手可能)を含むが、これらに限定されない。
<シールの製造/硬化におけるモデルの使用>
上述されたFEAシールモデルは、物質選択を最適化するために、また的確な硬化条件を定義づけるのに使用されてもよい。いくつかの実施形態において、オペレーターは硬化時間と硬化温度をFEAモデルによってもたらされた結果に基づいて、図19に示すように選択することができる。初期ステップ1910として、シールモデルは、上述されたように形成され実証されても良い。モデルはそして、所望の製品特性に適したシール物質を選択(1920)するために使用されてもよい。モデルはそして、シールの製造(1940)に使用される硬化条件を選択(1930)するために使用されてもよい。
Claims (18)
- 防噴装置シールの製造方法であって、
少なくとも一つの挿入部と、金型の中に少なくとも一つの弾性材料を配置し、
前記金型を硬化温度まで加熱し、
少なくとも一つの前記弾性材料を硬化し、
硬化中に少なくとも一つの前記弾性材料の温度を測定し、
前記弾性材料の測定した温度に基づいた硬化時間と硬化温度を調整し、
前記金型から硬化した前記防噴装置を取り出す、
ことを特徴とする、防噴装置シールの製造方法。 - 前記弾性材料の硬化度合いを決定付けることを更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 硬化中に前記防噴装置の有限要素解析熱的モデルの生成を更に含む、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 選択された硬化時間と硬化温度に基づく硬化の度合いを予測するための前記有限要素解析熱的モデルの使用を更に含む、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記硬化時間、測定された前記温度及び硬化度合いの有限要素解析熱的モデルとの関連付けを更に含む、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記相関有限要素解析熱的モデルの結果に基づいた付随した防噴装置シールの製造方法を更に含んだ、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記有限要素解析熱的モデルの結果に基づいた硬化温度と硬化時間を調整する方法を更に含んだ、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 防噴装置シールの設計の選択と、
前記相関有限要素解析熱的モデルに基づいて選ばれた設計のための第二有限要素解析熱的モデルの生成と、
前記第二有限要素解析熱的モデルの結果に基づいた前記防噴装置の製造と、
を更に含む、請求項6に記載の方法。 - 前記第二有限要素解析熱的モデルの結果に基づいた硬化時間と硬化温度の選択を特徴とする、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記防噴装置シールがアニュラーパッキングユニットからなる、請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記防噴装置シールが、可変ラムパッカーと、ラムブロック孔と、ラムブロック上部シールと、からなるグループから選ばれた少なくともひとつからなる、請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 防噴装置シールを製造する方法であって、
防噴装置シール設計のための有限要素解析熱的モデルを生成し、
その有限要素解析熱的モデルは、前記防噴装置シールの少なくとも一つの弾性材料の硬化の度合いを予測するために使用され、
前記有限要素解析熱的モデルの結果を基に防噴装置を製造する、
ことを特徴とした、防噴装置シールの製造方法。 - 前記有限要素解析熱的モデルの結果に基づいた硬化時間と硬化温度の選択からなる製造を特徴とする、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記選択された硬化時間のための硬化温度での弾性材料の硬化からなる製造を特長とする、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記有限要素解析熱的モデルの結果に基づいて選択された硬化時間の間選択された硬化温度で弾性材料を硬化し、
前記硬化中に前記弾性材料の温度を測定し、
前記測定した温度に基づき選ばれた硬化温度と選ばれた硬化時間を調整する、
ことを特徴とした製造を含む、請求項12に記載の方法。 - 前記調整が、さらに測定した温度を使用して有限要素解析熱的モデルの結果に基づいた、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記防噴装置シールが、アニュラーパッキングユニットからなる、請求項12乃至16のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記防噴装置シールが、可変ラムパッカーと、ラムブロック孔と、ラムブロック上部シールと、からなるグループから選ばれた少なくともひとつからなる、請求項12乃至16のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
