Description
R1およびR2は、互いに独立して、それぞれ、メチル、ヒドロキシル、カルボキシル、アシル、アルコキシ、アシルオキシおよびオキソからなる群からの同一もしくは異なる置換基によって場合により一置換もしくは多置換された、直鎖もしくは分枝鎖C1〜C8−アルキル、C3〜C8−シクロアルキル、一価もしくは多価不飽和C2〜C8−アルケニル、C5〜C8−シクロアルケニル、C2〜C8−アルキニル、フェニル、ベンジルまたはフェネチルを表すか、
あるいは
R1およびR2は、一緒になって、連結基−(CH2)n−(式中、n=1〜6)を表すか、または連結基−CH2−O−CH2−、−CH2−CH2−O−CH2−、−CH2−CH2−O−CH2−CH2−または−CH=CH−を表し、上記結合基は、それぞれ、メチル、ヒドロキシル、カルボキシル、アシル、アルコキシ、アシルオキシおよびオキソからなる群からの同一もしくは異なる置換基によって場合により一置換もしくは多置換される]で表される化合物である。
アセトバクター パストリアヌス(Acetobacter pasteurianus)、
アスペルギスル ニガー(Aspergillus niger)のようなアスペルギルス(Aspergillus)属、
カンジダ クルセイ(Candida krusei)、
ケトミウム グラボーサム(Chaetomium globosum)のようなケトミウム(Chaetomium)属、
大腸菌(Escherichia coli)のようなエシェリヒア(Escherichia)属、
ペニシリウム グラウカム(Penicillium glaucum)のようなペニシリウム(Penicillium)属、
シュードモナス エレギノーサ(Pseudomonas aeruginosa)のようなシュードモナス(Pseudomonas)属、
ロドトルラ ルブラ(Rhodotorula rubra)のようなロドトルラ(Rhodotorula)属、
サッカロマイセス セレビシエ(Saccharomyces cervisiae)のようなサッカロマイセス(Saccharomyces)属、
黄色ブドウ球菌(Staphylococcus aureus)のようなブドウ球菌(Staphylococcus)。
明示されたそれぞれの微生物で清涼飲料を汚染した。飲料を消毒するために必要とされる活性化合物の濃度は、滅菌試験によって決定された。
イースト オレンジ シーラム アガー(Yeast orange serum agar)(オクソイド(Oxoid)CM 657から)
使用した物質は、そのままで、あるいはエタノール性またはブタノール性の溶液(例えば、2.0体積%)もしくは懸濁液として利用された。ジメチルジカルボネート、安息香酸Na、ソルビン酸K、ソルビン酸無水物および安息香酸無水物は、既知の方法により合成するか、または市販品として入手可能であった。それぞれの溶液をそれぞれの場合で新しく調製した(アルコール分解)。
グライナー製50ml組織培養フラスコ、ホスサンズ(Holthans)製ガーゼ圧定布、ブランド(Brand)製トーマ カウンティング チャンバー(Thoma counting chamber)。
飲料の充填:
試験を実行する前に、飲料基質を組織培養フラスコ中に充填した。一般的に飲料の量は40mlであった。滅菌条件下で充填を実行した。この時点で、永続性の保存剤を導入することも可能であった。
最適条件下(グライナー製組織培養フラスコ;50ml、25cm2中または斜面寒天管中)で培養された培養液を、(試験微生物次第で)30mlまでのNaCl溶液で湿潤させ(適切な場合、約3滴のトゥイーン(Tween)80を加える)、すすぐか、またはガラスビーズを使用して(微生物次第で)、強力に洗い、必要に応じて濾過した。あるいは流体培養液を利用することも可能であった。顕微鏡およびトーマ チャンバー(Thoma chamber)を使用して、微生物数の予備的な決定をすることが可能であった。使用された微生物溶液の微生物数の正確な決定は、コッホ(Koch)接種プレート法を使用して実行された。
所定の微生物シード次第で(例えば、50〜500の微生物/基質1ml)、微生物溶液の適切な体積(原液または希釈物)を添加し、試料を強力に攪拌した。
その後、純粋な物質として、またはジメチルジカルボネートおよびそのカルボン酸無水物の場合、適切なアルコール溶液もしくは懸濁液として、供与量の活性化合物を添加した。約20秒間、直ちに試料を強力に攪拌した。
26℃±2℃の培養温度で飲料試料を貯蔵した。
最初に透明だった飲料の場合、曇りが汚染を示す。曇った果肉を含む飲料の場合、目視評価が常に可能ではなかった。したがって、これらの場合、アガー中の微生物数を決定することによって評価を実行した。
実施例1に記載された通り、試験を実行した。

Claims (10)
- 微生物による攻撃および/または破壊に対して、工業材料、化粧品、医薬品および食品を保護するための、工業材料用、化粧品用、医薬品用および食品用添加剤としての少なくとも1種のカルボン酸無水物の使用。
- カルボン酸無水物が、式(I)
R1およびR2は、互いに独立して、それぞれ、メチル、ヒドロキシル、カルボキシル、アシル、アルコキシ、アシルオキシおよびオキソからなる群からの同一もしくは異なる置換基によって場合により一置換もしくは多置換された、直鎖もしくは分枝鎖C1〜C8−アルキル、C3〜C8−シクロアルキル、一価もしくは多価不飽和C2〜C8−アルケニル、C5〜C8−シクロアルケニル、C2〜C8−アルキニル、フェニル、ベンジルまたはフェネチルを表すか、
あるいは
R1およびR2は、一緒になって、連結基−(CH2)n−(式中、n=1〜6)を表すか、または連結基−CH2−O−CH2−、−CH2−CH2−O−CH2−、−CH2−CH2−O−CH2−CH2−または−CH=CH−を表し、上記結合基は、それぞれ、メチル、ヒドロキシル、カルボキシル、アシル、アルコキシ、アシルオキシおよびオキソからなる群からの同一もしくは異なる置換基によって場合により一置換もしくは多置換される]に相当することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の使用。 - カルボン酸無水物が、酢酸無水物、安息香酸無水物、プロピオン酸無水物およびソルビン酸無水物であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の使用。
- 保護される工業材料、化粧品、医薬品または食品を基準として、カルボン酸無水物が1〜100000ppmの量で利用されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
- 微生物による攻撃および/または破壊に対して飲料を保護することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
- 式(I)
R1およびR2は、互いに独立して、それぞれ、メチル、ヒドロキシル、カルボキシル、アシル、アルコキシ、アシルオキシおよびオキソからなる群からの同一もしくは異なる置換基によって場合により一置換もしくは多置換された、直鎖もしくは分枝鎖C1〜C8−アルキル、C3〜C8−シクロアルキル、一価もしくは多価不飽和C2〜C8−アルケニル、C5〜C8−シクロアルケニル、C2〜C8−アルキニル、フェニル、ベンジルまたはフェネチルを表すか、
あるいは
R1およびR2は、一緒になって、連結基−(CH2)n−(式中、n=1〜6)を表すか、または連結基−CH2−O−CH2−、−CH2−CH2−O−CH2−、−CH2−CH2−O−CH2−CH2−または−CH=CH−を表し、上記結合基は、それぞれ、メチル、ヒドロキシル、カルボキシル、アシル、アルコキシ、アシルオキシおよびオキソからなる群からの同一もしくは異なる置換基によって場合により一置換もしくは多置換される]の少なくとも1種のカルボン酸無水物と、
少なくとも1種のさらなる抗微生物性活性化合物と
を含んでなる混合物。 - 抗微生物性活性化合物が、ジメチルジカルボネート、ジエチルジカルボネート、ソルビン酸およびその塩、安息香酸およびその塩、二酸化硫黄および二酸化硫黄を放出し得る化合物、ならびにまたオルト−フェニルフェノールおよびプロピオン酸であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の混合物。
- 請求項6に記載の混合物と、少なくとも1種の溶媒または希釈剤と、必要に応じて、1種以上の調合物助剤とを含んでなる殺微生物性組成物。
- 微生物による攻撃および/または破壊に対して、工業材料、化粧品、医薬品および食品を保護するための、工業材料用、化粧品用、医薬品用および食品用添加剤としての請求項6に記載の混合物または請求項8に記載の組成物の使用。
- 少なくとも1種のカルボン酸無水物と、必要に応じて、少なくとも1種のさらなる抗微生物性活性化合物とを含んでなる工業材料、化粧品、医薬品および食品。
