Description
Claims (11)
- それぞれ立体利得格子が発生するようその利得素子が配置された複数個のレーザ発振子と、
各レーザ発振子の輻射出力を互いに結合させて結合輻射出力を生成する一方各レーザ発振子の輻射出力のうち一部を他のレーザ発振子内に回送するビーム結合器と、
を備え、複数個のレーザ発振子間で輻射出力をコヒーレント結合させるレーザシステム。 - 請求項1記載のレーザシステムであって、各レーザ発振子内に自己交差型のループ光路があるレーザシステム。
- 請求項2記載のレーザシステムであって、そのループ光路を複数個のミラーにより形成するレーザシステム。
- 請求項2又は3記載のレーザシステムであって、その稼働時に立体利得格子が発生するよう各利得素子が対応するループ光路上の交差点に配されたレーザシステム。
- 請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項記載のレーザシステムであって、各ループ光路上に非相反的透過素子を備えるレーザシステム。
- 請求項5記載のレーザシステムであって、各非相反的透過素子が、一対の偏光子並びにその間に配された45°ファラデイ旋光器及び半波長移相板を有するレーザシステム。
- 請求項5又は6記載のレーザシステムであって、各非相反的透過素子が、ループ光路沿いに別々の方向から通過していく二通りの輻射間に180°の非相反的位相差を付与するレーザシステム。
- 請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項記載のレーザシステムであって、第1及び第2レーザ発振子間で輻射出力を結合させる第1ビーム結合器と、第3及び第4レーザ発振子間で輻射出力を結合させる第2ビーム結合器と、第1乃至第4レーザ発振子間で輻射出力を結合させる第3ビーム結合器と、を備えるレーザシステム。
- 請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項記載のレーザシステムであって、そのビーム結合器がビームスプリッタを含むレーザシステム。
- 請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項記載のレーザシステムであって、回折性光学素子たる共通のビーム結合器によって、複数個のレーザ発振子間で輻射出力を結合させるレーザシステム。
- 請求項1乃至10のいずれか一項記載のレーザシステムであって、実質的に図2〜図7に記載のレーザシステム。
