Description
− 排気ダクトの第2端部は、取付エレメントを形成するためにシリンダーヘッドの内側に取り付けられていて、排気ダクトの第2端部に通じるオリフィスを備え、シリンダーヘッドの外側に向けて開いている出口ダクトを備える、管状インサートを受けるシリンダーヘッドに形成された受け穴に向けて開いており、
− 管状インサートはステンレス製であり、
− 管状インサートは、シリンダーヘッドの受け穴に隙間の無い状態で取り付けられており、
− 熱式分離手段は、シリンダーヘッドの管状インサートの周囲及び少なくとも2つの連続する排気ダクト間に設けられており、
− 熱式分離手段は、受け穴周囲のシリンダーヘッドの材料で形成され、前述の穴に向けて開いている、少なくとも一つのキャビティを備え、
− 装置は、各々一対の連続する排気ダクトの間で受け穴周囲に配置されているキャビティと、シリンダーヘッドの一端の排気ダクトと一端の外部面との間で受け穴周囲に配置されているキャビティとを備え、
− 各キャビティは、シリンダーヘッドがモールド成形される時に作製される。
Claims (7)
- 自動車のマルチシリンダー内部燃焼エンジン用の排気装置であって、前記エンジンのシリンダーヘッド(10)を備え、シリンダーヘッドには排気ダクト(12)が設けられており、各排気ダクトの第1端部(14)は前記エンジンの燃焼室(16)に接続され、第2端部(18)は、出口ダクト(24)が車両の排気ラインの排気ガスの汚染物を除去する装置に外部で接続されている、シリンダーヘッド(10)に組み込まれた排気マニフォルド(22)のキャビティ又はプレナム(20)に向けて開いており、このタイプでは、マニフォルド(20)のキャビティ(20)又はプレナムが、シリンダーヘッド(10)の内側に取り付けたエレメント(26)に形成され、かつ、前記エレメント(26)が、熱式分離手段(28)によってシリンダーヘッド(10)から熱的に分離されており、
排気ダクト(12)の第2端部(18)は、取付エレメント(26)を形成するためにシリンダーヘッド(10)の内側に取り付けられ、排気ダクト(12)の第2端部(18)に通じるオリフィス(34)を備え、シリンダーヘッド(10)の外側に向けて開いている外部出口(24)を備える、管状インサート(26)を受けるシリンダーヘッド(10)に形成した受け穴(32)に向けて開いていることを特徴とする、排気装置。 - 管状インサート(26)がステンレス製であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の排気装置。
- 管状インサート(26)がシリンダーヘッド(10)の受け穴(32)に隙間の無い状態で取り付けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の排気装置。
- 熱式分離手段(28)が、シリンダーヘッド(10)の管状インサート(26)の周囲及び少なくとも2つの連続する排気ダクト(12)間に設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の排気装置。
- 熱式分離手段(28)が、受け穴(32)周囲のシリンダーヘッド(10)の材料で形成され、前記受け穴(32)に向けて開いている、少なくとも一つのキャビティ(28)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の排気装置。
- 各々一対の連続する排気ダクト(12)の間で受け穴(32)周囲に配置されているキャビティ(28)と、シリンダーヘッド(10)の一端の排気ダクト(12)と一端の外部面(36)との間で受け穴(32)周囲に配置されているキャビティ(28)とを備えることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の排気装置。
- 各キャビティ(28)は、シリンダーヘッド(10)がモールド成形される時に作製されることを特徴とする、請求項5又は6に記載の排気装置。
