Claims (17)
- 皮膚の処理、特に、皮膚組織の非侵入処理のためのデバイスであって、
予め決定されたパルス時間の間レーザビームを生成するレーザ源と、
前記レーザビームを焦点へとフォーカスする光学系とを有し、
前記焦点の大きさ及び生成した前記レーザビームのパワーは、前記焦点内において、前記レーザビームが皮膚組織に対する特性閾値を超えるパワー密度を持つようなものであり、前記予め決定されたパルス時間の間前記特性閾値を超えると、レーザ誘起光学的破壊(LIOB)現象が前記皮膚組織において発生し、
前記光学系は、処理されるべき前記皮膚に前記デバイスが当てられた場合に、処理されるべき前記皮膚の真皮層に対応する処理深さに前記焦点の位置を合わせる、デバイス。 - 前記処理深さは、前記皮膚の表面の下方に0.2mm〜2mmである、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記処理深さは、前記皮膚の表面の下方に0.5mm〜1.5mmである、請求項2に記載のデバイス。
- 処理されるべき皮膚の表面に関する形態的情報を決定し得る皮膚表面画像センサを更に有する、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記皮膚表面画像センサは、皮膚の局所的に最も深いくぼみのラインの位置を決定する、請求項4に記載のデバイス。
- 前記光学系は、前記形態的情報に基づいて調節可能である、請求項4に記載のデバイス。
- 前記光学系は、前記焦点の位置を合わせるレーザビームマニピュレータを更に有する、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記光学系は、前記ライン、特に、前記ライン上又はその下に前記焦点の位置を合わせるレーザビームマニピュレータを更に有する、請求項5に記載のデバイス。
- 前記レーザビームの波長は、800〜1100nmである、請求項1に記載デバイス。
- 前記予め決定されたパルス時間は、100ps〜10nsである、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記皮膚の前記表面で測定された、レーザビームパルスの到達可能なエネルギレベルは、0.1〜10mJ、好ましくは約1mJである、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記LIOB現象により生成されたプラズマにおいて測定された、レーザビームパルスの到達可能なエネルギレベルは、0.1〜5mJである、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- レーザビームパルスのフルエンスは、前記皮膚の表面と真皮層との間の皮膚の領域において多くても3J/cm2である、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記光学系は、少なくとも0.2、好ましくは少なくとも0.4、より好ましくは少なくとも0.6の開口数を持つ、請求項1〜13のうちいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 皮膚の処理、特に、皮膚組織の非侵入処理の方法であって、
予め決定されたパルス時間の間レーザパワーを持つレーザビームを供するステップと、
前記レーザビームが、焦点内において、皮膚組織に対する特性閾値を超えるパワー密度を持ち、前記予め決定されたパルス時間の間前記特性閾値を超えると、レーザ誘起光学的破壊(LIOB)現象が前記皮膚組織において発生するような、大きさを持つ焦点に前記レーザビームをフォーカスするステップとを有し、
前記焦点は、前記皮膚の真皮層において位置を合わせられる、方法。 - 処理されるべき前記皮膚とデバイスとの間に、約1.3〜1.6、特に、約1.4の屈折率を持つ物質を供するステップを更に有する、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 皮膚の処理、特に、前記皮膚の非侵入しわ取りにおける、請求項1〜14のうちいずれか一項に記載のデバイスの使用。
