Abstract
【解決手段】レーザビーム42は、組織の再成長を刺激するために皮膚に作用するLIOB(レーザ誘起光学的破壊)が得られるように出力されてフォーカス16される。これは、しわ30を順次削減する。デバイスは、しわ決定手段52,54,56,58を有してもよい。フォーカス光学50は、少なくとも0.4の開口数を持ってもよい。また、本発明は、皮膚を処理するため、特に、皮膚の真皮層24においてLIOBを引き起こすフォーカスレーザビーム16を供することにより、しわ30を削減するための対応する方法を提供する。利点は、オーバーレイ表皮層へのダメージが、非常に局所的なLIOB現象の使用により回避され得ることである。

Claims (11)
- 皮膚の処理、特に、皮膚組織の非侵入処理のためのデバイスであって、
予め決定されたパルス時間の間レーザビームを生成するレーザ源と、
使用中に当該デバイスが処理されるべき皮膚に当てられる皮膚接触面と、
前記レーザビームを焦点へとフォーカスする光学系であって、前記光学系は、前記皮膚接触面から0.2mm〜2mm下方の処理深さに前記焦点の位置を合わせるように構成されたレーザビームマニピュレータを有する、光学系とを有し、
前記焦点の大きさ及び生成した前記レーザビームのパワーは、前記焦点において、前記レーザビームが皮膚組織に対する特性閾値を超えるパワー密度を持つようなものであり、前記予め決定されたパルス時間の間前記特性閾値を超えると、レーザ誘起光学的破壊(LIOB)現象が前記皮膚組織において発生し、
前記皮膚接触面で測定された、前記レーザビームのパルスの到達可能なエネルギレベルは、0.5〜5mJであり、前記光学系は、少なくとも0.4の開口数を持つ、デバイス。 - 処理されるべき皮膚の表面に関する形態的情報を決定し得る皮膚表面画像センサを更に有する、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記皮膚表面画像センサは、皮膚の局所的に最も深いくぼみのラインの位置を決定するように構成される、請求項2に記載のデバイス。
- 前記光学系は、前記形態的情報に基づいて調節可能である、請求項2に記載のデバイス。
- 前記レーザビームマニピュレータは、前記ライン、特に、前記ライン上又はその下に前記焦点の位置を合わせるように構成される、請求項3に記載のデバイス。
- 前記レーザビームの波長は、800〜1100nmである、請求項1に記載デバイス。
- 前記予め決定されたパルス時間は、100ps〜10nsである、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記予め決定されたパルス時間は、100fs〜10psである、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記処理深さは、前記皮膚接触面の下方に0.5mm〜1.5mmである、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記レーザビームのパルスのフルエンスは、前記皮膚の表面と真皮層との間の皮膚の領域において多くても3J/cm2である、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記開口数は、少なくとも0.6である、請求項1〜10のうちいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
