Claims (22)

- 第3部分を含み,上記第3部分は眼鏡フレームのアームの一部分にフィットするように構成されている,上記請求項のいずれかに記載のカスタム・ハウジング。
- 上記第2部分は電池蓋を含む,上記請求項のいずれかに記載のカスタム・ハウジング。
- 上記第1部分および上記第2部分は一体に製造されている,上記請求項のいずれかに記載のカスタム・ハウジング。
- 上記第2部分はマイクロフォン・ポートを含む,上記請求項のいずれかに記載のカスタム・ハウジング。
- 上記ハウジングは内部構成要素のための固定具を含み,上記固定具はラピッド・プロトタイピング・プロセスによって製造されている,上記請求項のいずれかに記載のカスタム・ハウジング。
- 上記固定具は,上記補聴器の使用時の向きを考慮して選定される向きをもってテレコイルを保持するように構成されている,請求項8に記載のカスタム・ハウジング。

- 上記ユーザの外耳道の耳道に接触するイヤプラグ,上記ユーザの耳珠の内側に支えられる接触要素,ならびに上記イヤプラグおよび上記接触要素を共に保持する固定具を備え,上記固定具は上記イヤプラグと上記接触要素との間の間隔を調整する手段を有している,請求項10に記載の補聴器。
- 個々人のための耳かけ形補聴器の製造方法であって,
上記ユーザの頭蓋と耳介の間の窪みの一部分の輪郭の表現を構築し,
上記表現をコンピュータに入力して上記表現のコンピュータ・モデルを生成し,
補聴器ハウジングのコンピュータ・モデルを生成し,
少なくとも1つのマイクロフォンを含む構成要素および上記補聴器用電子増幅器アセンブリを選択し,
上記選択した構成要素を上記コンピュータ・モデル中に配置して,上記構成要素と共にフィットする上記補聴器ハウジングのコンピュータ・モデルを生成し,
上記ハウジングの上記コンピュータ・モデルに基づいて,ラピッド・プロトタイピング法によって上記ハウジングを製造し,
上記補聴器を組立てる,
方法。 - 上記選択された構成要素の配置は,上記構成要素の位置および向きを規定することを含む,請求項15に記載の方法。
- 上記電子部品の少なくとも1つは,上記ハウジングの入口開口を通して取付けられる,請求項15に記載の方法。
