Claims (10)

組立てられて一体化される第1部分および第2部分の頂部に設けられる突起部を備え,
上記1部分および第2部分はいずれもラピッド・プロトタイピング・プロセスによって製造されており,
上記突起部が,フック状の形状を有しており,かつ上記第1部分および第2部分によって形成される上記内部空間につながる通路を収容している,
BTE補聴器。 - 上記第1部分は眼鏡フレームのアームの一部分にフィットする窪みを有している,請求項1に記載の補聴器。
- 上記第2部分は電池蓋を含む,請求項1に記載の補聴器。
- 上記第2部分は上記マイクロフォンに関連するマイクロフォン・ポートを含む,請求項1に記載の補聴器。
- 上記第2部分に上記増幅器アセンブリが通過可能な大きさの入口開口が設けられており,第2部分の上記入口開口を通して上記増幅器アセンブリが上記閉鎖された内部空間内に配置される,請求項1に記載の補聴器。
- 個々人のための耳かけ形補聴器の製造方法であって,
上記ユーザの頭蓋と耳介の間の窪みの一部分の輪郭の表現を構築し,
上記表現をコンピュータに入力して上記表現のコンピュータ・モデルを生成し,
内部空間を含み,かつ湾曲凸部側に上記内部空間につながる開口部分を有しており,湾曲凹部側の外表面が個々人の耳介と頭蓋の間の窪みの輪郭にフィットするようにカスタマイズされた第1部分,および上記第1部分の湾曲凸部側の上記開口部分と適合するようにカスタマイズされ,電池入れを取り付けるための作成済入口開口を有しており,上記第1部分の開口部分に接着されて上記内部空間をつくる,上記個々人と直接接触しない第2部分を有する補聴器シェルのコンピュータ・モデルを生成し,
少なくとも1つのマイクロフォンおよび補聴器用電子増幅器アセンブリを含む構成要素を選択し,
上記選択した構成要素を上記コンピュータ・モデル中に配置して,上記構成要素と共にフィットする上記補聴器シェルのコンピュータ・モデルを生成し,
上記補聴器シェルの上記コンピュータ・モデルに基づいて,ラピッド・プロトタイピング法によって上記第1部分および第2部分を製造し,
上記第1部分および第2部分を組立てて一体化し,上記第2部分の作成済入口開口を通して上記構成要素の少なくとも一つを上記内部空間に取り付け,
上記電池入れを上記作成済入口開口に取り付ける,
方法。 - 上記選択された構成要素の配置は,上記構成要素の位置および向きを規定することを含む,請求項6に記載の方法。
- 上記構成要素の選択はテレコイルの選択を含み,上記構成要素の配置は,上記補聴器の使用時の向きを考慮して上記テレコイルの向きを決定することを含む,請求項6に記載の方法。
- 上記構成要素の選択は遠隔制御用アンテナの選択を含み,上記構成要素の配置は,上記補聴器の使用時の向きを考慮して上記アンテナの向きを決定することを含む,請求項6に記載の方法。
- 上記表現の構築は眼鏡フレームの枠組みの一部分の表現の構築を含み,上記第1部分は,上記眼鏡フレームの上記枠組みの一部分にフィットするように構成された窪みとともに作製される,請求項6に記載の方法。
