Claims (22)
- ハイモジュラス単繊維糸から製作された無端布地構造の第1層と、
単繊維平坦布地の2〜5層を備え、それぞれが繊維状バットの層と縫われ、かつ、ハイモジュラス繊維の第1層の周囲に巻き付けられている第2層と、
バット繊維の連続した層により作られており、第2層の回りに巻き付けられ、かつ第2層に取り付けられている第3層と、
バット繊維の層の縫い付けを通じて第3層に取り付けられた単繊維無端布地構造の第4層と、
を備えるバッテリペースト加工ベルト。 - 前記第1層は、縦方向MD及び横方向CDの双方において、ポリエステル又はポリアミドから作られた直径が大凡0.20mm〜0.70mmのハイモジュラス単繊維糸で作られる請求項1に記載のバッテリペースト加工ベルト。
- 前記第1層は、縦方向MDに少なくとも70gpdの係数を有するハイモジュラス単層繊維糸を備える請求項1に記載のバッテリペースト加工ベルト。
- 前記第2層は、ポリエステル及び/又はポリアミドの双方又はどちらかから作られた直径が大凡0.20mm〜0.70mmの単繊維で作られた平織り布地を備える請求項1に記載のバッテリペースト加工ベルト。
- 前記第2層は、好ましくは3〜10dtexのポリエステル及び/又はポリアミドのバット繊維の層と縫われている請求項1に記載のバッテリペースト加工ベルト。
- 前記第3層は、好ましくは3〜10dtexのポリエステル及び/又はポリアミドのバット繊維が100%である連続層で作られている請求項1に記載のバッテリペースト加工ベルト。
- 前記第3層は、大凡400〜1000gsmの圧縮不織層を生み出すために上記の無端構造の周囲に巻き付けられている請求項1に記載のバッテリペースト加工ベルト。
- 前記第4層は、直径が大凡0.40〜0.90mmの単繊維糸で構成された無端織最上層テクスチャ布地である請求項1に記載のバッテリペースト加工ベルト。
- 前記第4層は、好ましくは3〜10dtexのポリエステル及び/又はポリアミドのバット繊維の400gsmに満たない縫い付けにより上記の表面に積層される単繊維無端織布である請求項1に記載のバッテリペースト加工ベルト。
- 前記第4層は、1cmにつき4〜8の端を持つ正方形メッシュの中に織式の1層又は2層の平織りを備える請求項1に記載のバッテリペースト加工ベルト。
- 前記第1層、第2層及び第4層は、織式の、不織式の、編まれた、突出したメッシュ、螺旋リンク、縦方向及び横方向糸配列、及び螺旋に巻かれた織式又は不織式材料のストリップを備えるグループから採用される請求項1に記載のバッテリペースト加工ベルト。
- ハイモジュラス単繊維糸から製作された無端布地構造の第1層を提供する工程と、
単繊維平坦布地の2〜5層を備え、それぞれが繊維状バットの層と縫われ、かつ、ハイモジュラス繊維の第1層の周囲に巻き付けられている第2層を提供する工程と、
バット繊維の連続した層により作られており、第2層の回りに巻き付けられ、かつ第2層に取り付けられている第3層を提供する工程と、
バット繊維の層の縫い付けを通じて第3層に取り付けられた単繊維無端布地構造の第4層を提供する工程と、
を備えるバッテリペースト加工ベルトの形成方法。 - 前記第1層は、縦方向MD及び横方向CDの双方において、ポリエステル又はポリアミドから作られた直径が大凡0.20mm〜0.70mmのハイモジュラス単繊維糸で作られる請求項12に記載のバッテリペースト加工ベルトの形成方法。
- 前記第1層は、縦方向MDに少なくとも70gpdの係数を有するハイモジュラス単層繊維糸を備える請求項12に記載のバッテリペースト加工ベルトの形成方法。
- 前記第2層は、ポリエステル及び/又はポリアミドの双方又はどちらかから作られた直径が大凡0.20mm〜0.70mmの単繊維で作られた平織り布地を備える請求項12に記載のバッテリペースト加工ベルトの形成方法。
- 前記第2層は、好ましくは3〜10dtexのポリエステル及び/又はポリアミドのバット繊維の層と縫われる請求項12に記載のバッテリペースト加工ベルトの形成方法。
- 前記第3層は、好ましくは3〜10dtexのポリエステル及び/又はポリアミドのバット繊維が100%である連続層で作られる請求項12に記載のバッテリペースト加工ベルトの形成方法。
- 前記第3層は、大凡400〜1000gsmの圧縮不織層を生み出すために上記の無端構造の周囲に巻き付けられる請求項12に記載のバッテリペースト加工ベルトの形成方法。
- 前記第4層は、直径が大凡0.40〜0.90mmの単繊維糸で構成された無端織最上層テクスチャ布地である請求項12に記載のバッテリペースト加工ベルトの形成方法。
- 前記第4層は、好ましくは3〜10dtexのポリエステル及び/又はポリアミドのバット繊維の400gsmに満たない縫い付けにより上記の表面に積層される単繊維無端織布である請求項12に記載のバッテリペースト加工ベルトの形成方法。
- 前記第4層は、1cmにつき4〜8の端を持つ正方形メッシュの中に織式の1層又は2層の平織りを備える請求項12に記載のバッテリペースト加工ベルトの形成方法。
- 前記第1層、第2層及び第4層は、織式の、不織式の、編まれた、突出したメッシュ、螺旋リンク、縦方向及び横方向糸配列、及び螺旋に巻かれた織式又は不織式材料のストリップを備えるグループから採用される請求項12に記載のバッテリペースト加工ベルトの形成方法。
