Claims (28)
- お互いに対向し、プラスチックの一定量(68)から成形品(1)を圧縮成形できる形成チャンバ(70)を画定するように閉じることができる押抜き機構(12)および鋳型機構(13)と、
前記押抜き機構(12)に含まれる押抜き具(14)と、
アンダーカットが設けられている前記成形品(1)の一部分(4)を形成する2つの相互に可動な可動部分(20)と、を具備する装置であって、
前記押抜き機構(12)は、前記成形品(1)の1つのエッジゾーンを形成する環状形成手段(41)を具備し、前記環状形成手段(41)と前記押抜き具(14)は、前記一定量(68)が前記形成チャンバ(70)に充填される間、相互に可動である、ことを特徴とする装置。 - 前記環状形成手段(41)は前記押抜き具(14)を取り囲んでいる、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記環状形成手段(41)は前記押抜き具(14)に対して実質的に同軸である、ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記環状形成手段(41)は管形状の開口部を端部に有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記押抜き具(14)は、前記成形品(1)の内部表面を形成するのに適している形成表面(21)により境界を区切られる領域であって、前記環状形成手段(41)から前記鋳型機構(13)に突出している、領域を具備する、ことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記押抜き具(14)は、その上で前記環状形成手段(41)の更なる肩部(49)が前記環状形成手段(41)のストローク端部位置において接することができる、肩部(22)を具備する、ことを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記環状形成手段(41)は、前記鋳型機構(13)により及ぼされる力により前記押抜き具(14)に関して可動である、ことを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記環状形成手段(41)は、その上で前記可動部分(20)の更なる相互作用表面(25)が前記環状形成手段(41)を移動するために接することができる相互作用表面(47)を具備する、ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記環状形成手段(41)を前記鋳型機構(13)に向けて押すために前記環状形成手段(41)に作用する、第1弾性手段(51)を更に具備する、ことを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記第1弾性手段は、第1加圧された流体が含まれている第1チャンバ(51)を具備する、ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記環状形成手段(41)を前記鋳型機構(13)に向けて押すように、介在された構成要素(86)を通して前記環状形成手段(41)に作用する第2弾性手段(88)を更に具備する、ことを特徴とする請求項9または10に記載の装置。
- 前記第2弾性手段は、第2加圧された流体を含んでいる第2チャンバ(88)を具備する、ことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記第2チャンバ(88)は、前記第1チャンバ(51)と連通している、ことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の装置。
- 保持スリーブ(31)を前記鋳型機構(13)に向けて押すように、お互いに接触している前記可動部分(20)を維持するのに適している前記保持スリーブ(31)に作用する、第3弾性手段(36)を更に具備する、ことを特徴とする請求項11から13のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記第3弾性手段は、前記第1流体よりも低い圧力である第3流体を含んでいる第3チャンバ(36)を具備する、ことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の装置。
- 前記鋳型機構(13)を前記押抜き具(14)に関して移動するのに適している起動装置の前記位置を検出する感知手段(89)を具備する、ことを特徴とする請求項1から15のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記感知手段(89)は、前記保持スリーブ(31)の前記位置を検出するように配置され、前記保持スリーブ(31)は、少なくともその前記ストロークの一部分に対して前記起動装置により可動である、ことを特徴とする請求項16に記載の装置。
- 前記感知手段(89)は、前記保持スリーブ(31)に固定されている基準要素(92)の前記位置を検出するのに適している誘導型センサ(90)を具備する、ことを特徴とする請求項17に記載の装置。
- 前記環状形成手段(41)は、前記押抜き具(14)と前記可動部分(20)の間に介在される、ことを特徴とする請求項1から18のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 第1インタフェースゾーン(76)が前記環状形成手段(41)と前記可動部分(20)の間に画定され、第2インタフェースゾーン(77)が前記環状形成手段(41)と前記押抜き具(14)の間に画定され、前記第1インタフェースゾーン(76)と前記第2インタフェースゾーン(77)を、前記形成チャンバ(70)から排出される空気が通過することができる、ことを特徴とする請求項19に記載の装置。
- 前記第1インタフェースゾーン(76)と前記第2インタフェースゾーン(77)は、加圧された気体源と連通して前記成形品(1)を前記押抜き具(14)から取り外す、ことを特徴とする請求項20に記載の装置。
- 前記可動部分(20)は前記押抜き機構(12)に含まれている、ことを特徴とする請求項1から21のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記可動部分(20)は前記鋳型機構(13)に含まれている、ことを特徴とする請求項1から21のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記鋳型機構(13)は、前記成形品(1)の外部部分を整形できる、キャビティ(55)が設けられている鋳型を具備する、ことを特徴とする請求項1から23のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記押抜き機構(12)が前記鋳型機構(13)から離れたときに前記可動部分(20)を前記鋳型と接触しているように維持する押さえ手段(82)を更に具備する、ことを特徴とする請求項24に記載の装置。
- 前記形成チャンバ(70)は容器のプレフォームの形状を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1から25のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記押抜き機構(12)と前記鋳型機構(13)は、成形ユニット(11)に含まれており、前記装置は、回転式コンベヤの周辺領域において配置されている複数の成形ユニット(11)を具備する、ことを特徴とする請求項1から26のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記押抜き具(14)は固定位置に配置される、ことを特徴とする請求項1から27のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
