Abstract
Description
Claims (31)
- 電動注入システムから空気または液体を取り除くための方法であって、
使い捨てチューブ及び使い捨てバルブを介してある量の第一の液体媒体を注入するために第一の運転モードで第一のポンプ装置を駆動するステップと、
前記使い捨てバルブを変形させるために第二の運転モードで前記第一のポンプ装置を駆動するステップと、
前記使い捨てチューブ及び前記変形したバルブを介してある量の第二の液体媒体を注入するために第二のポンプ装置を駆動するステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記第一の運転モードで前記第一のポンプ装置を駆動するステップが前記第一のポンプ装置を第一の方向に駆動するステップを含み、かつ
前記第二の運転モードで前記第一のポンプ装置を駆動するステップが前記第一のポンプ装置を第二の方向に駆動するステップを含む、
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記第一の方向が前記第二の方向と逆であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記使い捨てバルブが弾性バルブを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第一のポンプ装置が中にプランジャを有する第一のシリンジを含み、かつ
前記第二のポンプ装置が中にプランジャを有する第二のシリンジを含む、
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 電動注入システムであって、
第一のポンプ装置と、
第二のポンプ装置と、
を含み、
使い捨てチューブ及び使い捨てバルブを介してある量の第一の液体媒体を注入するために第一の運転モードで前記第一のポンプ装置を駆動し、
前記使い捨てバルブを変形させるために第二の運転モードで前記第一のポンプ装置を駆動し、かつ
前記使い捨てチューブ及び前記変形バルブを介してある量の第二の液体媒体を注入するために前記第二のポンプ装置を駆動するために、
作動可能であるシステム。 - 前記第一のポンプ装置が中にプランジャを有する第一のシリンジを含み、かつ
前記第二のポンプ装置が中にプランジャを有する第二のシリンジを含むことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のシステム。 - 前記使い捨てバルブが男性バルブを含むことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 電動注入システムから空気または液体を取り除くための方法であって、
使い捨てチューブ及び使い捨てバルブを介してある量の第一の液体媒体を注入するために第一のシリンジ内部でプランジャを伸ばすステップと、
前記使い捨てバルブを変形させるために前記第一のシリンジ内でプランジャを引っ込めるステップと、
前記プランジャを引っ込めた後、前記使い捨てチューブ及び前記変形したバルブを介してある量の第二の液体媒体を注入するために第二のシリンジ内部でプランジャを伸ばすステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記第一のシリンジと前記第二のシリンジが異なるシリンジであり、かつ前記第一の液体媒体と前記第二の液体媒体が異なる液体媒体であることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の方法。
- さらに、前記第一のシリンジ内部で前記プランジャを引っ込める前に、前記使い捨てチューブ及び前記使い捨てバルブを介して第二の量の前記第二の液体媒体を注入するために前記第二のシリンジ内部で前記プランジャを伸ばすステップ、
を含む、請求項9に記載の方法。 - 前記使い捨てバルブが弾性バルブを含むことを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記弾性バルブが前記第一のシリンジに連結される第一の投入口、前記第二のシリンジに連結される第二の投入口、排出口及び弾性バルブディスクを含むことを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の方法。
- さらに、前記使い捨てチューブ及び前記変形したバルブを介して前記量の前記第二の液体媒体を注入するために前記第二のシリンジ内部で前記プランジャを伸ばす前に、前記第一のシリンジと前記第一のシリンジに流体を供給する流体タンクとの間の連結を瞬間的に開放するステップと、
前記第一のシリンジと前記流体タンクとの間の前記連結を閉鎖するステップと、
を含む、請求項9に記載の方法。 - さらに、
前記使い捨てチューブと前記使い捨てバルブを介して前記量の前記第一の液体媒体を注入するために前記第一のシリンジ内部で前記プランジャを伸ばした後、ある時間一時停止するステップ、
を含む、請求項9に記載の方法。 - バルブホルダと、
弾性バルブと、

第一の投入口と、

- 前記第一の軸が前記バルブ本体内部の定められたエリアまたは体積に対して実質的に接線を成すことを特徴とする、請求項16に記載の流体バルブ組立品。
- 前記バルブホルダがディクスホルダを含み、
前記弾性バルブが弾性バルブディスクを含む、
ことを特徴とする、請求項16に記載の流体バルブ組立品。 - 前記弾性バルブディスクがスリットを有することを特徴とする、請求項19に記載の流体バルブ組立品。
- 前記スリットが傾斜スリットを含むことを特徴とする、請求項20に記載の流体バルブ組立品。
- 前記第二の投入口がバルブ投入口に連結され、前記バルブ投入口が前記バルブ本体に対して実質的に接線を成す第二の軸に沿って整列することを特徴とする、請求項16に記載の流体バルブ組立品。
- 前記第一の軸が前記第二の軸に対して実質的に直交することを特徴とする、請求項22に記載の流体バルブ組立品。
- 前記第二の軸が前記バルブ本体内部の定められたエリアまたは体積に対して実質的に直角を成すことを特徴とする、請求項22に記載の流体バルブ組立品。
- 前記第二の投入口が圧力変換器に連結されることを特徴とする、請求項16に記載の流体バルブ組立品。
- 前記弾性バルブが閉鎖状態であるとき、前記第一の投入口が前記排出口及び前記第二の投入口から分離され、
前記弾性バルブが開放状態であるとき、前記第二の投入口が前記排出口及び前記第一の投入口から分離され、定められた圧力に等しいまたはこれを上回る流体圧力が前記第一の投入口に加えられて前記バルブを開放させるとき前記バルブが開放状態である、
ことを特徴とする、請求項16に記載の流体バルブ組立品。 - 前記バルブディスクの状態が前記第一の投入口に加えられる圧力によって決定されることを特徴とする、請求項26に記載の流体バルブ組立品。
- 前記定められた圧力が前記バルブのクラッキング圧力を含むことを特徴とする、請求項26に記載の流体バルブ組立品。
- 前記クラッキング圧力が、前記弾性バルブの物理的特性、前記バルブホルダ、バルブ本体及び/またはバルブの内部寸法または前記バルブホルダ、バルブ本体及び/またはバルブの外部寸法のうち少なくとも1つの関数であることを特徴とする、請求項28に記載の流体バルブ組立品。
- さらに、前記第二の投入口に連結される圧力変換器を高圧から保護するために前記第二の投入口に連結される二方向逆止め弁を含む、請求項16に記載の流体バルブ組立品。
- さらに、前記第二の投入口に連結される圧力変換器に血行動態信号を反射させるために前記第二の投入口に連結される二方向逆止め弁を含む、請求項16に記載の流体バルブ組立品。
