Abstract
Description
a)元の変速段の切断操作の開始時に発進要素のスリップが起こり、変速機グループが無負荷になったときに、第1及び第2の変速機グループのシフト要素を中立位置に切り替え、
b)上記の処置と並行して変速機入力軸と変速機主軸の直結を締結し、中間変速段にシフトし、続いて目標変速段の回転数に到達するまで駆動エンジン及び結合された変速機シャフトの回転数を整合させ、
c)変速機グループの目標変速段にシフトし、並行して変速機入力軸と変速機主軸の間の結合を切断する。

Claims (10)
- 複数の変速段にシフトすることができる遂次配置された少なくとも2つの多段変速機グループ(2、3、3’)を有し、発進要素(9)を介して車両の駆動エンジンと結合することができる変速機入力軸(5、5’)が第1の変速機グループ(2)に組み込まれ、変速機主軸(6、6’)が第2の変速機グループ(3、3’)に組み込まれた例えば商用車用のマルチグループ変速機、特に自動化マルチグループマニュアル変速機において、
変速機入力軸(5、5’)と変速機主軸(6、6’)の間に一時的な直結を作り出すための負荷切替え手段(10、10’)が設けられ、元の変速段から目標変速段への変速の際にこの負荷切替え手段によって中間変速段にシフトすることができることを特徴とするマルチグループ変速機。 - 中間変速段がダイレクトドライブとして形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のマルチグループ変速機。
- 負荷切替え手段(10、10’)が多板クラッチとして形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のマルチグループ変速機。
- 負荷切替え手段(10)が第1の変速機グループ(2)と第2の変速機グループ(3)の間に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のうちのいずれか一項に記載のマルチグループ変速機。
- 負荷切替え手段(10’)が発進要素(9)と第1の変速機グループ(2)の間に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のうちのいずれか一項に記載のマルチグループ変速機。
- 第1の変速機グループ(2)が2段スプリッタ変速機として形成され、第2の変速機グループ(3、3’)が2段、3段または4段メイン変速機として形成され、2段レンジ変速機として形成された第3の変速機グループ(4)が第2の変速機グループ(3、3’)に後置されていることを特徴とする請求項1から5のうちのいずれか一項に記載のマルチグループ変速機。
- 少なくとも1つの変速機グループ(2、3、3’、4)の変速段の自動化シフトのために電気式及び/又は油圧式及び/又は空気圧式変速機制御装置が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のうちのいずれか一項に記載のマルチグループ変速機。
- 変速機グループ(2、3、3’)が2カウンタシャフト型に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のうちのいずれか一項に記載のマルチグループ変速機。
- 複数の変速段にシフトすることができる少なくとも2つの遂次配置された多段変速機グループ(2、3、3’)を有し、発進要素(9)を介して車両の駆動エンジンと結合することができる変速機入力軸(5、5’)が第1の変速機グループ(2)に組み込まれ、変速機主軸(6、6’)が第2の変速機グループ(3、3’)に組み込まれた例えば商用車用のマルチグループ変速機、特に自動化マルチグループマニュアル変速機の変速のための方法において、
元の変速段から目標変速段への変速の際に負荷切り替え手段(10、10’)により変速機入力軸(5、5’)と変速機主軸(6、6’)とが直結され、これによって中間変速段にシフトされることを特徴とする方法。 - 中間変速段にシフトするときに、少なくとも次の処置を行うこと、即ち、
a)元の変速段の切断操作の開始時に発進要素のスリップが起こり、変速機グループ(2、3、3’)が無負荷になったときに、第1及び第2の変速機グループ(2、3、3’)のシフト要素を中立位置に切り替え、
b)上記の処置と並行して変速機入力軸(5、5’)と変速機主軸(6、6’)の直結を締結し、中間変速段にシフトし、続いて目標変速段の回転数に到達するまで駆動エンジン及び結合された変速機シャフト(5、5’、6、6’)の回転数を整合させ、
c)変速機グループ(2、3、3’)で目標変速段にシフトし、これと並行して変速機入力軸(5、5’)と変速機主軸(6、6’)の間の結合を切断する、
ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
