Claims (7)
- 互いに対して並進的に運動させることができる2つの機械部品(4a,4b)間にあって、高圧側(H)を低圧側(N)に対して密閉する、粘塑性シールリング(2)および少なくとも1つのゴム弾性プレテンション要素(3)からなる封止装置(1)であって、前記シールリング(2)は、前記封止装置(1)の加圧状態において前記低圧側(N)に面した前記低圧側の開口(61)とさらに前記高圧側の開口(62)とを有する1つまたは複数の逃がし穴(6)または逃がし流路(6′)を備え、前記低圧側の前記開口(1つまたは複数)(61)は、前記封止装置(1)が溝空間(5)内に取り付けられたときに、前記加圧状態において前記低圧側(N)に関連づけられた前記溝空間(5)の前記低圧側の溝側面(51)によって、または前記少なくとも1つの前記プレテンション要素(3)によって閉じられ、あるいは、前記低圧側の前記溝側面(51)、前記溝空間(5)の溝底(53)および前記プレテンション要素(3)によって限定され、前記シールリング(2)は、取付け後の無圧力状態において、軸方向に配向した分力(220)によって前記低圧側の前記溝側面(51)に当接する封止装置。
- 前記溝底(53)に面した前記シールリング(2)の外面(21)に、前記溝底(53)に対して傾斜した1つまたは複数の部分面(23,24)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の封止装置。
- 前記プレテンション要素(3)が、前記外面(21)と、前記高圧側(H)に形成された前記シールリング(2)の前記高圧側の少なくとも1つの側面フランク(26)とに当接することを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の封止装置。
- 2つのプレテンション要素(3,3′)を備えることを特徴とする前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の封止装置。
- 前記取付け後の状態において、前記シールリング(2)が、前記低圧側の前記溝側面(51)と、前記高圧側の前記溝空間(5)の溝側面(52)とに当接することを特徴とする、前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の封止装置。
- 前記シールリング(2)が、前記低圧側の側面(22)に追加のシールエッジ(25)を有することを特徴とする前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の封止装置。
- 前記第1の機械部品(4a)がシリンダであり、前記第2の機械部品(4b)が、前記シリンダ内で案内されるピストンのピストンロッドであることを特徴とする前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の封止装置。
