Description
− ポンプ室と、このポンプ室に対する径方向流体入口および出口が在るケースと、
− 上記のポンプ室の内側に位置する内歯セットを有し、この内歯セットを形成する長手方向バー(棒)により連結されている2枚の端板を備えたリスケージ形を示し、少なくとも部分的に取り外し可能なアウターギアと、
− 第1軸を中心に上記のポンプ室内で上記のアウターギアを回転させ、このアウターギアの端板の中心に位置する少なくとも1つのベアリングからなる回転手段と、
− 上記のアウターギアの内側に収容され、上記のアウターギアの内歯セットと噛み合う外歯セットを備え、上記の第1軸と平行でこれから離間している第2軸を中心に回転するインナーギアであって、上記の外歯セットの歯数が、上記の外側ギアの内歯セットの歯数より1個分少ないものと、
− 上記の第2軸を中心に上記の内側ギアを回転駆動させるモータと、
からなる回転移送ポンプを開示している
− 上記のポンプ室が、このポンプ室を閉鎖するため、上記のケースに固定され得る離脱可能な壁を備え、上記の回転手段の1つのベアリングがこの離脱可能な壁に位置し、
− 上記の回転手段の1つのベアリングが上記のポンプ室の固定壁に位置し、
− 上記のケースが上記のモータ用のハウジングを備え、上記の固定壁がこのハウジングを上記のポンプ室から離間させ、
− 上記のインナーギアを回転駆動させるモータの軸が、上記のベアリングの内側で上記の固定壁を貫通し、
− 上記のモータの軸は中空で、上記の離脱可能な壁を上記のケースに固定させるのに用いられるタイロッドが間隙を開けて貫通している
ことを特徴とする。
Claims (9)
- − ポンプ室(4)と、このポンプ室(4)への径方向流体入口(20)および出口(21)を有するケース(2)と、
− 上記のポンプ室(4)の内側に位置する内歯セット(16)を有し、この内歯セットを形成する長手方向バー(棒)により連結されている2枚の端板(14、15)とを備えたリスケージの形を示し、少なくとも部分的に取り外し可能なアウターギア(13)と、
− 第1軸(A13)を中心に上記のポンプ室(4)内で上記のアウターギア(13)を回転させ、このアウターギア(13)の端板(14)の中心に位置する少なくとも1つのベアリング(11、12)からなる回転手段(11、12)と、
− 上記のアウターギア(13)の内側に収容され、上記のアウターギア(13)の内歯セット(16)と噛み合う外歯セット(9D)を備え、上記の第1軸(A13)と平行でこれから離間している第2軸(A8)を中心に回転するインナーギア(9)であって、上記の外歯セット(9D)の歯数が、上記のアウターギア(13)の内歯セットの歯数より1個分少なく、
− 上記の第2軸(A8)を中心に上記のインナーギア(9)を回転駆動させるモータ(3)と
からなる回転移動ポンプであって、
− 上記のポンプ室(4)が、このポンプ室(4)を閉鎖するため、上記のケース(2)に固定され得る離脱可能な壁(10)を備え、上記の回転手段のベアリング(12)が上記の離脱可能な壁(10)内に位置し、
− 上記の回転手段のベアリング(11)が上記のポンプ室(4)の固定壁(5)内に位置し、
− 上記のケース(2)が上記のモータ(3)用のハウジング(2M)を備え、上記の固定壁(5)が上記のハウジング(2M)を上記のポンプ室(4)から離間させ、
− 上記のインナーギア(9)を回転駆動させるモータ(3)の軸(8)が、上記のベアリング(11)の内側で上記の固定壁(5)を貫通し、
上記のモータ(3)の軸(8)は中空で、上記の離脱可能な壁(10)を上記のケース(2)に固定させるのに用いられるタイロッド(22)が間隙を開けて貫通している
ことを特徴とする回転移送ポンプ。 - 上記アウターギア(13)の上記端板(14、15)の少なくとも1つが取り外し可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転移送ポンプ。
- 上記のインナーギア(9)用のベアリング(23、24)が上記のタイロッド(22)上に位置することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の回転移送ポンプ。
- 上記のタイロッド(22)が、加圧液体が入れるように中空であり、その側壁に小孔(26)が開けられていることを特徴とする加圧液体に浸漬されるのを意図する請求項3に記載の回転移送ポンプ。
- 上記の径方向流体入口(20)が上記のアウターギア(13)の一方の端板から他方の端板に延びることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の移送ポンプ。
- 上記の径方向流体出口(21)が上記のアウターギア(13)の一方の端板から他方の端板に延びることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の回転移送ポンプ。
- アウターギア(13)の内歯セット(16)が最大で5つの歯を有し、インナーギア(9)の外歯セットが最大で4つの歯(9D)を有することを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の回転移送ポンプ。
- 患者の元来の左右の心室が取除かれた際それらの換わりができ、少なくとも1つの流体圧作動器(37)により操作される人工の左右心室(35)が配置されている本体(30)からなり、
上記の流体圧作動器が請求項1から7に特記したもののような移送ポンプ(1)であることを特徴とする患者の心外膜の腔に埋め込める人工心臓。 - 人工心室(35)が上記の人工心臓本体(30)に装着される蓋板(36)を有し、
移送ポンプがそのような蓋板(36)に連結されることを特徴とする
請求項8に記載の人工心臓。
