Abstract

Description

本发明涉及一种具有缩小的径向尺寸的回转式容积泵 
根据文献US2458925、FR1504705、EP0560709以及DE8121531,已知一种回转式容积泵,其包括: 
-外壳,其内布置有泵送室,以及用于所述泵送室的流体径向入口和流体径向出口; 
-具有内齿系的外齿轮,其布置在所述泵送室内,并且呈现鼠笼形状;该鼠笼形状具有由形成所述内齿系的纵向杆连接的两个末端侧板,所述外齿轮是至少部分可拆除的; 
-旋转装置,其允许所述外齿轮绕第一轴线在所述泵送室内转动,并包括中心地安置在所述外齿轮的末端侧板中的至少一个轴承; 
-内齿轮,其容纳在所述外齿轮的内部,并具有与外齿轮的所述内齿系啮合的外齿系;所述内齿轮绕与所述第一轴线平行并隔开的第二轴线旋转;并且所述外齿系包括一定数量的齿,该数量比所述外齿轮的内齿系的齿的数量要少一个;以及

为此,根据本发明,上文所描述的这种类型的回转泵在以下几个方面是突出的:

-所述旋转装置的轴承布置在所述泵送室的固定壁中;

-驱动内齿轮旋转的马达的轴在所述轴承内穿过所述固定壁;以及 
-所述马达的轴是中空的,并由连杆带有间隙地穿过,该连杆用来将所述可移动壁固定到所述外壳上。 
优选地是,所述外齿轮的末端侧板中的至少一个末端侧板是可拆除的。 
而且,在所述连杆上布置轴承对于所述马达轴是有利的,即对于所述内齿轮是有利的。 
当根据本发明的泵用于浸在液压流体中时,为了使所述流体可以渗入该连杆,并且使所述连杆的侧壁能够被穿孔,所述连杆自身可以是中空的。这样,所述液压流体可润滑由所述连杆支撑的内齿轮的所述轴承。 
为了避免在由泵所移动的流体中避免空泡和湍流损失的风险,有利的是,所述流体径向入口和/或所述流体径向出口从所述外齿轮的一个侧板向所述外齿轮另一个侧板延伸。 
由于同样的理由,外齿轮的内齿系和内齿轮的外齿系分别至多包括五个齿和四个齿。因此,所述泵的外直径可以减小,这就相应地降低了所述泵的外围流体的速度。 
由于上述特点,将会很容易理解,根据本发明的泵可以小型化,并且同时还具有可逆流量。 
根据一个实施例,根据本发明的小型化泵可结合在人工心脏中,该人工心脏可植入到患者的心包腔内。 
因此,在将患者天生的左心室和右心室移除后,可以用这样的人工心脏来替换,该人工心脏包括主体,在该主体内布置有由至少一个液压致动器致动的人造左心室和右心室。这种人工心脏是值得注意的,因为所述液压致动器是如上文所详细说明的容积泵。 
按照惯例,如果人造心室包括连接到所述人工主体上的封闭盖板,则根据本发明,有利的是将这样的容积泵连接到该盖板上。

轴线13与轴线A8平行但关于轴线A8偏移。 
齿轮13呈现鼠笼形状,该鼠笼形状具有由五个纵向杆16连接的两个末端侧板14、15,这些纵向杆16形成所述齿轮13的圆弧内齿。在附图所描述的示例中,杆16联结在侧板15上,而由于通过螺钉17连接,侧板14是可移除的,这允许侧板14与侧板15以及杆16分离。

如图3能清楚地可见,马达3和内齿轮9的轴8是中空的,且该轴8由连接在可移动壁10上的连杆22带有间隙地穿过。轴承23、轴 承24由连杆22支撑,并用于内齿轮9的旋转。与所述连杆22的自由端接合的螺钉25支撑在外壳2的末端上,与可移动壁10相对,以使所述可移动壁10紧贴在外壳上。 
螺钉25和连杆22是中空的,并且孔26穿透连杆22的侧壁。 
因此,当泵1浸在液压液体中时,该液体可润滑内齿轮9的所述轴承23和轴承24。

Claims (9)

1.一种回转式容积泵,包括:
