Claims (3)
- 約1重量%を超えないジメチルメチルホスホネートの摂取、及び少なくとも80重量%の吸着剤粒子のウェブ中への捕捉を示す、20重量%未満の高分子繊維の自己支持性のある不織布ウェブを含む多孔質シート状物品であって、前記吸着剤粒子は前記ウェブに十分均等に分配され、かつ前記繊維ポリマーは少なくとも1.6×104mm水柱の吸収係数Aを有する前記ウェブである、多孔質シート状物品。
- 高分子繊維及び吸着剤粒子の自己支持性のある不織布ウェブを含む、多孔質シート状物品を作製する方法であって、
a)複数の開口部を通して溶融ポリマーを流し、長繊維を形成する工程と、
b)前記長繊維を繊維になるまで細くする工程と、
c)吸着剤粒子の流れを前記長繊維若しくは繊維の中に方向付ける工程と、
d)約1重量%を超えないジメチルメチルホスホネート摂取、及び少なくとも80重量%の吸着剤粒子のウェブ中への捕捉を示す、20重量%未満の高分子繊維を含む不織布ウェブとして、前記繊維及び吸着剤粒子を捕集する工程と、を含み、
前記吸着剤粒子が前記ウェブに十分に均等に分配され、かつ前記ポリマーは前記ウェブが少なくとも1.6×104/mm水柱の吸収係数Aを有することを特徴とする方法。 - 着用者の少なくとも鼻及び口をほぼ囲む内部と、周囲空気を前記内部に供給する空気取り入れ経路と、前記空気取り入れ経路に渡って配置され該供給空気を濾過する多孔質シート状物品と、を有する呼吸用装置であって、前記多孔質シート状物品は、約1重量%を超えないジメチルメチルホスホネートの摂取及び少なくとも80重量%の吸着剤粒子のウェブ中への捕捉を示す20重量%未満の高分子繊維を含む自己支持性のある不織布を含み、前記吸着剤粒子が前記ウェブ内に十分に均等に分配され、前記繊維ポリマーは少なくとも1.6×104mm水柱の吸収係数Aを有する前記物品である、呼吸用装置。
