Claims (6)
- 変速ギアボックス用の同期噛み合い装置であって、
ギアボックス内部の制御機構により、二つの相対する方向に移動する滑動スリーブが突き出して、同期噛み合いリング(5)を同一のアイドラピニオンに向けて押し戻す、少なくとも一つの可逆自在のレバー(4)と、レバーを静止位置に戻す手段とを備え、
戻す手段は、スプリング(6)の形状であり、リング(5)とレバー(4)との間に位置し、端部がレバー(4)の端部(4a)の下に折り曲げられており、端部(6a)が平らである湾曲した鋼鉄ストリップから成ることを特徴とする、同期噛み合い装置。 - 各スプリング(6)が、静止時に、ハブ(1)との中心接点と、端部(6a)を介したレバー(4)との二つの接点とを有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の同期噛み合い装置。
- スプリング(6)が、リング(5)とハブ(1)の部品(1a)との間で軸方向に位置していることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の同期噛み合い装置。
- スプリング(6)の端部(6a)が、レバーの端部(4a)と、リングから軸方向に突き出ているラグ(突起部)(5a)との間に位置していることを特徴とする、請求項1、2又は3に記載の同期噛み合い装置。
- ハブ(1)上で正反対に位置する二つの可逆自在のレバー(4)と連動する、二つのスプリング(6)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の同期噛み合い装置。
- スプリング(6)とレバー(4)が、リングのラグ(5a)の各側面に位置していることを特徴とする、請求項4又は5に記載の同期噛み合い装置。
