本発明による図1に概略的に示される複合材(5)はその前面、即ち、室内側にスキン層(4)、好ましくは熱可塑性の不織布あるいはグリッド製の結合層を含む。強化層(3)はこのスキン層(4)と柔軟層(2)との間に配置されている。強化層は不織布製であり、好ましくはポリプロピレンおよびガラス繊維および/またはコポリエステル繊維および/または異相構造繊維を含む不織布製であり、一方で裏面上の柔軟層(2)は独立気泡のポリオレフィン発泡体から成る。これら3つの層(2,3および4)を200Nsm-3〜5000Nsm-3の範囲の所望の通気抵抗Rに設定するため、一緒にニードルパンチする。この複合材(5)の厚さは、形成工程の後でおよそ0.5〜6mmの間で変化する。スキン層(4)は好ましくは25g/mm2のポリプロピレンSMMS繊維材料を含む。強化層(3)は、好ましくは150〜250g/m2の不織布材料、および特に40%のポリプロピレン繊維および60%のガラス繊維を含む。好ましい実施態様では、柔軟層(2)は30〜90kg/m3の密度を有する。
Claims (13)
- 少なくとも3つの層(2、3、4)を含む、遮音に効果的な熱可塑性の構造複合材(5)において、
その複合材は自己支持性のツインシェル型軽量遮音トリム部品の製造に適しており、この複合材(5)はその前面にスキン層(4)、好ましくは熱可塑性の不織布あるいはグリッド製の結合層と、不織布、好ましくはポリプロピレンおよびガラス繊維および/またはコポリエステル繊維および/または異相構造繊維を含む不織布製の強化層(3)と、その裏面に発泡体、好ましくはポリオレフィン発泡体から成る柔軟層(2)とを含み、それらの層は一緒にニードルパンチで200Nsm-3〜5000Nsm-3の範囲の所望の通気抵抗Rに設定されている複合材。 - スキン層(4)がおよそ25g/mm2のポリプロピレンSMMS繊維材料を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の複合材。
- 強化層(3)が150〜250g/m2の不織布材料、好ましくはおよそ40%のポリプロピレン繊維およびおよそ60%のガラス繊維を含む不織布材料を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の複合材。
- 柔軟層(2)が0.5〜6mmの厚さを有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の複合材。
- 柔軟層(2)が30〜90kg/m3の密度を有することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の複合材。
- 少なくとも3つの層(2、3、4)を有する遮音に効果的な熱可塑性構造の複合材(5)を含むツインシェル型軽量遮音トリム部品(11)、特に、自己支持性の車両用ヘッドライナーあるいはリアトレイにおいて、この複合材(5)は、その前面にスキン層(4)、好ましくは熱可塑性の不織布あるいはグリッド製の結合層と、不織布、好ましくはポリプロピレンおよびガラス繊維および/またはコポリエステル繊維および/または異相構造繊維を含む不織布製の強化層(3)と、その裏面に発泡体、好ましくはポリオレフィン発泡体から成る柔軟層(2)とを含み、それらの層が一緒にニードルパンチされて200Nsm-3〜5000Nsm-3の範囲の所望の通気抵抗Rに設定されている、ツインシェル型軽量遮音トリム部品(11)。
- トリム部品(11)がさらに、その前面あるいは可視側に通気性のあるカバー層(6)、特にフェースクロスあるいはマリフリースあるいはニードルフェルトあるいは背面発泡テキスタイルを含むことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のツインシェル型軽量遮音トリム部品(11)。
- トリム部品(11)がさらに、その背面に多層スキン構造(7)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のツインシェル型軽量遮音トリム部品(11)。
- 多層スキン構造(7)がおよそ40g/m2のPE製の膜、およそ50g/m2のガラスベール、およそ35g/m2のPE製の膜およびおよそ20μmのPA6−6膜を含むことを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のツインシェル型軽量遮音トリム部品(11)。
- トリム部品(11)が、遮音に効果的な熱可塑性の構造複合材(5)と多層スキン構造(7)との間にコア層(8)を含み、前記コア層(8)がエラストマー且つ弾性の発泡材料(9)および/または繊維材料(10)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のツインシェル型軽量遮音トリム部品(11)。
- コア層(8)が、およそ100g/m2〜450g/m2の質量を有し、および好ましくはおよそ50部のスティックあるいはチップ形状のエラストマー且つ弾性の発泡材料(9)、およそ20部のガラス繊維材料、およそ10部のポリプロピレン繊維材料、およそ20部の異相構造ポリエステル繊維を含有し、好ましくは追加の15%の再利用された弾性発泡材料を含むことを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のツインシェル型軽量遮音トリム部品(11)。
- 遮音に効果的な熱可塑性の構造複合材(5)が、所望の触覚特性を実現する、即ち、なめらかで柔らかい手触りを提供するために、不均質なコア層(8)の凹凸を補正することを特徴とする、請求項11に記載のツインシェル型軽量遮音トリム部品(11)。
- この部品が真空成形工程によって製造されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のツインシェル型軽量遮音トリム部品(11)。
