Abstract
Description

Claims (46)
- 多孔質複合物品を生成する方法であって、
液体中で無機強化繊維、有機強化繊維、および熱可塑性材料を組み合わせて、水性発泡体を生成することであって、前記有機強化繊維が、コアシェル配置を含み、前記コアシェル配置のシェル中のシェル材料が、前記熱可塑性材料の融点と実質的に同様の融点を含み、前記コアシェル配置のコア中のコア材料が、前記熱可塑性材料の前記融点よりも少なくとも摂氏20度高い融点を含む、生成することと、
前記水性発泡体を、移動するワイヤスクリーン上に堆積させることと、
前記移動するワイヤスクリーン上の前記堆積した水性発泡体から液体を除去して、前記熱可塑性材料、前記無機強化繊維、および前記有機強化繊維から形成された連続気泡構造のウェブを形成することと、
前記形成されたウェブ上にロフト剤を堆積させることと、
前記堆積したロフト剤を含む前記形成されたウェブを圧縮して、前記多孔質複合物品を提供することと、を含む、方法。 - 負圧が、前記ロフト剤の堆積中に前記形成されたウェブの底面に提供されて、前記形成されたウェブの空隙にロフト剤を引き込む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記堆積したロフト剤の少なくとも50%が、前記形成されたウェブによって保持される、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記有機強化繊維が、ポリオレフィンを含むシェルと、ポリエステルを含むコアと、を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。

- 前記熱可塑性材料が、ポリプロピレンを含み、前記無機強化繊維が、ガラス繊維を含み、前記有機強化繊維が、前記シェル中にポリエチレンを含み、前記コア中にポリエステルを含み、前記コア中の前記ポリエステルの融点が、前記シェル中の前記ポリエチレンの融点よりも少なくとも摂氏50度高く、前記ロフト剤が、膨張可能な微小球を含み、多孔質熱可塑性複合物品が、20%~80%の多孔率を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。

前記形成されたウェブ上にロフト剤を堆積させることと、

- 前記熱可塑性材料が、ポリオレフィンを含み、前記無機強化繊維が、ガラス繊維を含み、前記有機強化繊維が、ポリオレフィンを含む第1の繊維と、ポリアミドを含む第2の繊維と、を含み、前記ロフト剤が、膨張可能な微小球を含む、請求項21に記載の方法。
- 前記熱可塑性材料が、ポリプロピレンであり、前記第1の繊維の前記ポリオレフィンが、ポリエチレンを含み、前記第2の繊維の前記ポリアミドが、ナイロンを含む、請求項37に記載の方法。
- 前記熱可塑性材料が、ポリプロピレンを含み、前記無機強化繊維が、ガラス繊維を含み、前記有機強化繊維が、ポリエチレンを含む第1の繊維と、ポリエステルを含む第2の繊維と、を含み、前記第2の繊維中の前記ポリエステルの融点が、前記第1の繊維中の前記ポリエチレンの融点よりも少なくとも摂氏50度高く、前記ロフト剤が、膨張可能な微小球を含み、多孔質熱可塑性複合物品が、20%~80%の多孔率を含む、請求項21に記載の方法。

前記移動するワイヤスクリーン上の前記堆積した水性発泡体から液体を除去して、前記熱可塑性材料、前記強化繊維、および前記二成分繊維から形成された連続気泡構造のウェブを形成することと、
前記形成されたウェブ上にロフト剤を堆積させることと、
前記堆積したロフト剤を含む前記形成されたウェブを圧縮して、前記多孔質複合物品を提供することと、を含む、方法。 - 多孔質複合物品を生成する方法であって、
液体中で強化繊維、二成分繊維、および熱可塑性材料を組み合わせて、水性発泡体を生成することであって、前記二成分繊維が、並列配置を含み、前記並列配置における第1の繊維が、前記熱可塑性材料の融点と実質的に同様の融点を含み、前記並列配置における第2の繊維が、前記熱可塑性材料の前記融点よりも少なくとも摂氏20度高い融点を含む、生成することと、
