Abstract
Description
特に、本発明は、炭素系物質及び窒素系物質を好気条件下で変換できる新規微生物の単離及び特徴決定に関する。当該微生物は、炭素及び窒素を含む廃液の生物学的処理に特に有用である。
i)ケルダール態窒素、アンモニア性窒素、及び/又は窒素酸化物を気体窒素に変換し;そして
ii)炭素系物質を二酸化炭素へと変換する、ここで当該変換は好気条件化で行われる
を達成できると言う点で特徴付けられる単離微生物に関している理由である。
i)上に記載される微生物を培養し;
ii)ステップi)において産生される培養物を繰り返し入れることにより処理用の排水を含む処理装置を自動的に供給し;そして
iii)処理装置内において好気条件下で排水中に含まれる炭素系物質及び窒素系物質を生物学的に処理する
を含む。
1lの発酵器に連続して都市排水の平均的な組成を有する合成廃液を連続して与えた。この廃液の組成は以下のとおりである:(NH4)2SO4の形態の53mg/lのN-NH3、酢酸ナトリウムの形態の82mg/lの合計有機炭素(TOC)、0.1g/lのK2HPO4、及びこれらの微生物の増殖を促進するための当業者に既知の微量元素。必要があれば溶液のpHをHCl/NaOHで8に調節した。
7.5lの発酵器に、ペプチドの製造から得られた窒素系溶媒(アセトニトリル又はジメチルホルムアミド)を本質的に含む廃水を連続して与えた。
その結果、得られたケルダール態窒素の生物変換収率は、99%超である。
Claims (29)
- 以下の:
i)ケルダール態窒素、アンモニア性窒素及び/又は窒素酸化物を、気体窒素へと変換し;そして
ii)炭素系物質を、二酸化炭素に変換し、この2つの変換が、好気条件下で行われる
ことを達成できることを特徴とする、単離微生物。 - 前記単離微生物が、ケルダール態窒素、アンモニア性窒素及び/又は窒素酸化物を、0.2kgBOD5/kgVMS/dに等しい又はそれより高い適用量の条件下で変化させることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の単離微生物。
- 前記単離微生物が、ケルダール態窒素、アンモニア性窒素及び/又は窒素酸化物を、0.5kgBOD5/kgVMS/dよりも高い適用量条件下で変化させることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の単離微生物。
- 前記単離微生物が、ケルダール態窒素、アンモニア性窒素及び/又は窒素酸化物を、気体窒素に変換する一方で、1%未満の窒素酸化物を蓄積することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の微生物。
- 前記単離微生物が、ケルダール態窒素、アンモニウム性窒素、及び/又は窒素酸化物を、培地中のCN比が4未満、好ましくは3未満である場合の最適態様で、1.5のオーダーのより好ましい態様で、気体窒素へと変換することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の微生物。
- 前記単離微生物が、アルカリゲネス(Alcaligenes)属に属することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の微生物。
- 前記単離微生物が、アルカリゲネス ファエカリス(Alcaligenes faecalis)種に属することを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の微生物。
- 前記単離微生物が、アルカリゲネス ファエカリス(Alcaligenes faecalis)のCNCM I-3448株、又はアルカリゲネスファエカリスから派生した微生物の株である、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の微生物。
- 廃液の処理用の請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の微生物の使用。
- 好気条件下で、廃液中に含まれるケルダール態窒素、アンモニア性窒素及び/又は窒素酸化物を気体窒素へと変換するための請求項9に記載の使用。
- 好気条件下で、廃液中に含まれるケルダール態窒素、アンモニア性窒素及び/又は窒素酸化物、並びに炭素系物質を複合処理するための請求項10に記載の使用。
- ケルダール態窒素、アンモニア性窒素、及び/又は窒素酸化物が、気体窒素に変換され、そして炭素系物質が二酸化炭素に変換されることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の使用。
- 適用量(AL)が、0.2kgBOD5/kgVMS/dであることを特徴とする、請求項11又は12に記載の使用。
- 前記適用量(AL)が、0.5kgBOD5/kgVMS/dより大きいことを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の使用。
- 外部の炭素源を処理用廃液に加えることはないということを特徴とする、請求項9〜14のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
- 前記処理が、単一のフリーな活性汚泥タンク中で行われることを特徴とする、請求項9〜15のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
- 前記処理が、担体に固定された培養装置で行われることを特徴とする、請求項9〜12、又は15のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
- 前記微生物が、あらかじめ連続培養により産生されることを特徴とする、請求項9〜17のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
- 前記微生物の連続培養が、滅菌条件化で行われることを特徴とする請求項18に記載の使用。
- 前記微生物の連続培養が、選択的圧力の下において無期限で行われることを特徴とする、請求項19に記載の使用。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の微生物を利用することを特徴とする、排水処理法。
- 以下のステップ:
i)請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の微生物を培養し;
ii)ステップi)において産生される培養物を繰り返し入力することにより、処理用の排水を処理装置に自動的に供給し;そして
iii)好気条件下で処理装置内で、排水中の炭素系物質及び窒素系物質の生物学的処理を行う
を含む、請求項21に記載の排水処理方法。 - ステップiii)において炭素系物質の生物学的処理及び窒素系物質の生物学的処理が同時に行われる、請求項22に記載の排水処理法。
- 前記排水処理装置が、フリーな活性汚泥エアレーションタンクである、請求項22又は23に記載の方法。
- 前記排水処理が、担体上に固定された培養装置中で行われる、請求項22又は23に記載の方法。
- 処理装置の上流に微生物に対する入力排水の毒性を評価するステップを含む、請求項21〜25のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記微生物が担体上に固定されている、請求項21〜26のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記微生物が、単独で固定されているか、又は炭素系汚染の処理に特化した1以上の微生物と共培養で固定されている、請求項27に記載の方法。
- 処理用の前記排水が、30g/l超のケルダール態窒素又はアンモニア性窒素を含む、請求項21〜28のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
