Abstract
Description
Claims (12)
- バッテリープレートのグループの上にストラップを成型する装置であって、鋳型空洞を有する鋳型と、前記空洞のための入口/出口を形成する堰と、前記堰を越えて鉛を供給するための、かつ、空洞内の余分な鉛が鉛供給装置の中に流れ戻ることを可能にする鉛帰路として機能するための鉛供給装置とを含む装置において、さらに前記空洞内への鉛の存在を検出するためのセンサと、鉛が検出された時点から予め決められた時間が経過した後に前記空洞内への鉛の流れを停止させるための、前記センサに応答する制御装置とを含むことを特徴とする装置。
- 前記センサは前記空洞内への鉛の流入を検出する請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記センサは鉛流入検出器と前記検出器に応答するタイマとを含む請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記検出器は、前記空洞内に形成されており、かつ、流動する鉛がその電気接点に接触する時に完成する回路の中に接続されている電気接点である請求項2または3に記載の装置。
- 前記接点は前記空洞の底部内にあるかまたは前記空洞の底部に隣接している請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記センサは、前記空洞内の予め決められた高さに達する前記鉛を検出する請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記検出器は光学検出器である請求項2または6に記載の装置。
- 前記光学検出器は前記堰を越える鉛の通過を検出する請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記鋳型は複数の空洞を有する請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- バッテリープレートのグループの上にストラップを成型する方法であって、鋳型空洞の中に鉛を注入することと、前記ストラップを前記空洞の中に浸すことと、前記空洞から余分な鉛が流れ出ることを可能にすることとを含む方法において、前記空洞の中への鉛の存在を検出することと、この検出の時点から予め決められた時間が経過した後に鉛の内方の流れを停止させることとをさらに含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 前記空洞の中への鉛の流入が検出される請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記空洞内の予め決められた高さに鉛が達する時点が検出される請求項10に記載の方法。
