Claims (16)
- ガラスまたは釉薬に疎水性表面を形成する方法であって、平均空気力学的粒度200nm未満の粒子を生成すること、及び 該粒子をさらにガラス表面の上に導入すること、
を含み、
生成すべき前記粒子は疎水性粒子であること、及び
前記粒子は前記ガラス表面の上に導入され、その結果、前記粒子が少なくとも部分的に前記ガラス表面中に溶解及び/または拡散すること
を特徴とする方法。 - ナノ粒子は疎水性ガラス粒子であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ナノ粒子がフッ素合金化石英ガラスからなることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- ナノ粒子の融点がガラスの融点より高いことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記方法が、ガラスまたは釉薬の製造プロセス、製造、または処理において適用されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記方法が板ガラスの製造及び/又は処理において適用されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記方法が、ガラスフローティングプロセスにおいて適用されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記方法が、ガラス硬化において適用されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記方法が、自動車、トラクター、列車、飛行機又はその他同様なもののためのガラスを製造する際に適用されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記方法が、施釉されたセラミック製品又は物体の形成又は焼成において適用されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記方法が、施釉されたタイルまたは同様の施釉された製品を製造する際に使用されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記方法が、通常の空気圧で実行されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記方法が、ガラス温度がガラスの冷却温度を上回る場合に実施されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記ナノ粒子及び前記ガラスの表面上への前記ナノ粒子の導入が、液体フレーム溶射法を使用して実施されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記ナノ粒子が、レーザーアブレージョン法によって生成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記ナノ粒子が、蒸気経路、液体経路、固体経路またはこれらの組合せを用いて生成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
