Abstract
【解決手段】ドライチャンネルとウェットチャンネルを区画する隔壁が設置され、前記ウェットチャンネルの一端に排気口が形成され、前記ウェットチャンネルの他端に外気を吸い込む外気吸気口が形成され、前記ドライチャンネルの一端に空調空間の循環空気を吸い込む循環空気吸気口が形成され、前記ドライチャンネルの他端に前記空調空間に冷却空気を供給する給気口が形成されるケースと;前記隔壁を中心に回転し、前記外気吸気口を介して前記ウェットチャンネルに流入する外気と、前記ドライチャンネルに流入する循環空気とを相互に熱交換させる顕熱交換器と;前記ウェットチャンネル内で前記顕熱交換器の後段と前記排気口との間に設置され、温水を供給されて前記ウェットチャンネルを通過する外気を高温に変化させる加熱コイル(Heating coil)と;前記加熱コイルの後段で前記隔壁を中心に回転し、ドライチャンネルの循環空気の湿気を吸着・除去し、前記ウェットチャンネルの高温外気で吸着した湿気を蒸発させて再生する除湿ホイールと;前記ドライチャンネル内で前記循環空気給気口と前記顕熱交換器との間に設置され、前記除湿ホイールにより除湿されて高温乾燥され、前記顕熱交換器によって熱交換されて冷却された前記ドライチャンネルの循環空気を冷却させ、それを前記ケースの給気口に供給する再生型蒸発式冷却器と;を含み、地域暖房温水、小規模地域暖房温水、各世帯に設置されたガスまたは油ボイラの温水を供給して冷房を行うことにより、大気圧状態で運転してサイズを減らすことができ、システムの構成を簡単にして製造コストを低減することができる。

Claims (9)
- ドライチャンネルとウェットチャンネルを区画する隔壁が設置され、前記ウェットチャンネルの一端に排気口が形成され、前記ウェットチャンネルの他端に外気を吸い込む外気吸気口が形成され、前記ドライチャンネルの一端に空調空間の循環空気を吸い込む循環空気吸気口が形成され、前記ドライチャンネルの他端に前記空調空間に冷却空気を供給する給気口が形成されるケースと;
前記隔壁を中心に回転し、前記外気吸気口を介して前記ウェットチャンネルに流入する外気と、前記ドライチャンネルに流入する循環空気とを相互に熱交換させる顕熱交換器と;
前記ウェットチャンネル内で前記顕熱交換器の後段と前記排気口との間に設置され、温水を供給されて前記ウェットチャンネルを通過する外気を高温に変化させる加熱コイル(Heating coil)と;
前記加熱コイルの後段で前記隔壁を中心に回転し、ドライチャンネルの循環空気の湿気を吸着・除去し、前記ウェットチャンネルの高温外気で吸着した湿気を蒸発させて再生する除湿ホイールと;
前記ドライチャンネル内で前記循環空気給気口と前記顕熱交換器との間に設置され、前記除湿ホイールにより除湿されて高温乾燥され、前記顕熱交換器によって熱交換されて冷却された前記ドライチャンネルの循環空気を冷却させ、それを前記ケースの給気口に供給する再生型蒸発式冷却器と;を含むことを特徴とする地域暖房用除湿冷房装置。 - 前記ドライチャンネル内で前記再生型蒸発式冷却器の前段に設置され、前記再生型蒸発式冷却器から排出される循環空気を2次冷却させる直接蒸発式冷却器をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の地域暖房用除湿冷房装置。
- 前記ウェットチャンネルは、
前記外気吸気口と顕熱交換器との間に設置され、外気に含まれた異物を除去する第1フィルターと、
前記除湿ホイールと排気口との間に設置され、前記ウェットチャンネル内の外気を前記排気口を介して強制排出させる排気送風機と、をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の地域暖房用除湿冷房装置。 - 前記ドライチャンネルは、
前記循環空気吸気口と除湿ホイールとの間に設置され、循環空気に含まれた異物を除去する第2フィルターと、
前記除湿ホイールと顕熱交換器との間に設置され、前記ドライチャンネル内の循環空気を前記循環空気給気口に強制供給する給気送風機と、をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の地域暖房用除湿冷房装置。 - 前記ケースは、
前記再生型蒸発式冷却器で2次冷却時に発生する高温空気を排出する冷却器用排気口が、前記ドライチャンネルにさらに形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のことを特徴とする地域暖房用除湿冷房装置。 - 前記冷却器用排気口を介して排出される高温空気は、
前記循環空気の30%であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の地域暖房用除湿冷房装置。 - 前記加熱コイルには、
熱併合発電所、暖房用ボイラ、マイクロタービン、小型ガスエンジン、小型ガスタービン、ガスボイラ、油ボイラよりなる群から選ばれたいずれか1種から発生した温水が供給されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の地域暖房用除湿冷房装置。 - 前記循環空気吸気口に吸い込まれる循環空気は、
外気が所定の割合で混合することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の地域暖房用除湿冷房装置。 - 前記所定の割合は、
循環空気と外気が70%:30%の割合であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の地域暖房用除湿冷房装置。
