Description
下記説明及び特許請求の範囲を通じて、特定装置の構成要素に対し所定の用語を使用する。本明細書は、機能ではなく、名称の相違する複数の構成要素間を区別する意図はない。
また、本明細書及び特許請求の範囲に記載される「圧力(pressure)」の圧力基準は、絶対圧力ではなくゲージ圧力である。
図1は、本発明の実施の形態による携帯可能な円筒容器を充填する移送充填装置1000を示す。本明細書では、携帯可能な酸素充填円筒容器を「円筒容器」と略称する。例えば、図1に示す移送充填装置を患者の自宅で使用して、通院用の円筒容器に酸素を充填することができる。本発明の実施の形態による移送充填装置1000は、電気部品と機械部品との両方を備える。図1では、装置間の電気接続を一点鎖線で示し、流体接続(例えば、装置間の管接続)を実線で示して、電気接続と流体接続とを区別する。
Claims (25)
- 大気から濃縮気体流を発生させる過程と、
加圧機を動作させて、円筒容器に供給し充填する濃縮気体流を発生する過程とを含み、
加圧機に濃縮気体流を供給せずに、前記動作を継続することを特徴とする方法。 - 濃縮気体流の酸素含有量を分析する過程と、
酸素含有量が予め決められた閾値未満のとき、加圧機への濃縮気体流の供給を抑制する過程とを更に含む請求項1に記載の方法。 - 酸素含有量が予め決められた閾値を超えるとき、円筒容器に充填する気体流を円筒容器に供給する過程を更に含む請求項2に記載の方法。
- 酸素含有量が予め決められた閾値未満のとき、少なくとも濃縮気体流の一部を解放する過程を更に含む請求項2に記載の方法。
- 解放する過程は、濃縮気体流を発生する装置に空気を供給する圧縮機の入口付近で濃縮気体流を解放する過程を更に含む請求項4に記載の方法。
- 抑制する過程は、酸素含有量が約90%未満のとき、加圧機への濃縮気体流の供給を抑制する過程を更に含む請求項2に記載の方法。
- 濃縮気体流の一部を継続的に解放する過程を更に含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 継続的に解放する過程は、毎分約0.5リットルの濃縮気体流を継続的に解放する過程を更に含む請求項7に記載の方法。
- 継続的に解放する過程は、濃縮気体流を発生する装置に空気を供給する圧縮機の入口付近に濃縮気体流を解放する過程を更に含む請求項7に記載の方法。
- 圧力変換器により、円筒容器を充填する気体流の特性を検出する過程を更に含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 携帯可能な気体円筒容器の圧力増加速度が実質的にゼロでしかも予め決められた充填圧力閾値未満のとき、及び
圧力増加速度が携帯可能な気体円筒容器との不完全な連結を示すときの群から選択される1つ又は複数の場合に、気体流の発生及び加圧機の動作を中止する過程を更に含む請求項10に記載の方法。 - 圧縮機と、
圧縮機に流体連結されかつ濃縮気体流を発生する濃縮器と、
駆動部と圧縮部とを有する加圧機と、
濃縮器と加圧機との間に流体連結されかつ加圧機への濃縮気体流を選択的に遮断する制御弁とを備え、
加圧機の駆動部は、圧縮機に流体連結され、加圧機の圧縮部は、第1の側で濃縮気体流に流体連結されかつ第2の側で気体充填用の携帯可能な円筒容器に連結され、圧縮部は、濃縮気体流を圧縮して、高圧濃縮気体流を発生し、
制御弁が加圧機の圧縮部への濃縮気体流を遮断するとき、加圧機の駆動部は、圧縮機からの圧縮空気を継続的に吸入することを特徴とする装置。 - 濃縮気体流に流体連結される気体分析器と、
気体分析器及び制御弁の駆動装置に電気的に接続される処理装置とを更に備え、
濃縮気体流の酸素含有量が予め決められた閾値未満のとき、処理装置は、加圧機への濃縮気体流を遮断する信号(命令)を制御弁に与える請求項12に記載の装置。 - 予め決められた閾値は、酸素濃度90%である請求項13に記載の装置。
- 濃縮気体流に流体連結されかつ濃縮気体流を選択的に解放する放出弁を更に備え、
濃縮気体流の酸素含有量が予め決められた閾値未満のとき、処理装置は、濃縮気体を解放する信号(命令)を放出弁に与える請求項13に記載の装置。 - 放出弁に流体連結される第1の端部を備える配管の第2の端部を圧縮機の入口付近に配置した請求項15に記載の装置。
- 放出弁は、濃縮気体毎分約2リットルを解放する請求項15に記載の装置。
- 制御弁と放出弁とを同一の弁で構成した請求項15に記載の装置。
- 放出弁は、流量毎分約2リットルで濃縮気体を解放する請求項18に記載の装置。
- 濃縮気体流の一部の解放を連続的に制御する接続口を更に設けた請求項12に記載の装置。
- 毎分約0.5リットルで接続口から濃縮気体流の一部が漏出する請求項20に記載の装置。
- 圧縮機、圧力回転吸収装置、生成物タンク、加圧機又は制御弁の少なくとも1つを収容するケースを更に備え、
ケースの開口から露出する接続口を携帯可能な気体分析装置に連結した請求項20に記載の装置。 - 処理装置に電気的に接続される弁位置制御装置に制御弁を更に連結し、
処理装置により制御弁からの流量を選択的に制御する請求項12に記載の装置。 - 高圧力の濃縮気体流に流体連結される圧力変換器と、
圧力変換器に電気的に接続される処理装置とを更に備え、
携帯可能な気体円筒容器に濃縮気体を充填する特性を処理装置により検出する請求項12に記載の装置。 - 処理装置は、
携帯可能な気体円筒容器の圧力増加速度が実質的にゼロでありしかも予め決められた第1の閾値圧力に満たないときに、圧縮機をオフに切り換える動作と、
携帯可能な気体充填用の円筒容器と加圧機との不十分な連結を圧力増加速度が示すときに、圧縮機をオフに切り換える動作と、
携帯可能な気体充填用の円筒容器の圧力が予め決められた第2の閾値圧力未満に漏出するときに、圧縮機を再起動する動作との群から選択される1つ又は複数動作を実行する請求項24に記載の装置。
