Wacker Chemie AG社製のGENIOSIL STP−E10の商標名で入手可能なシラン末端ポリエーテル293gをPC−Laborsystem社の2つのクロスアームミキサを備えたラボラトリプラネタリミキサで約25℃で75gのジイソデシルフタレート(Merck社)及びGENIOSIL XL63(Wacker Chemie AG社)の商標名で入手可能なO−メチルカルバメートメチルトリメトキシシランと200rpmで2分間に亘って混合する。その後、68gの疎水化したシリカHDK H2000(Wacker Chemie AG社)を均質に分散するまで攪拌する。続いて、295gのBLR3チョーク(Omya社)を導入し、充填材を600rpmで1分間に亘って攪拌しながら分解する。チョークの添加に続いて、15gのメタクリロイルオキシプロピルトリメトキシシラン(GENIOSIL GF31(Wacker Chemie AG社)を200rpmで1分間に亘って分散させる。最後に、実施例1a用に0.75gのジブチル錫ジラウレート(Merck社)及び3.8gのアミノエチルアミノプロピルトリメトキシシラン(GENIOSIL GF91。Wacker Chemie AG社)を200rpmで1分間に亘って分散させ、混合物を600rpmで2分間に亘り、又、200rpmで1分間に亘って部分真空下(約100mbar)で均質化し、攪拌を混合物から気泡が無くなるまで行う。処方物を310mlのPEカートリッジに分注し、25℃で1日保存する。
金属をメチルエチルケトンで洗浄する。ガラスは水性界面活性剤溶液で洗浄後、脱イオン水で、次にメチルエチルケトンで洗浄する。プラスチックはエタノールで洗浄する。続いて、シーリング剤をビード状で厚さ約5〜7mmに塗布する。室温での1週間に亘る保存の後、室温の水中で4週間に亘って保存する。
A=7日間。室温
B=7日間。室温+2週間の室温での水中保存
C=7日間。室温+4週間の室温での水中保存。
+=良好な接着性(凝集破壊)
ф=部分的な接着(境界部での又は帯状の接着)
−=接着不良(接着破壊)
アミノシラン単独又はメタクリロイルシラン単独の使用は接着性を損なう。
実施例1と同じやり方で、処方の調製及び本発明の実施例2a−b及び非本発明の実施例2cの接着性の調査を行った。使用した重合体はGENIOSIL(登録商標)STP−E35(Wacker Chemie AG社)であった。
Claims (11)
- (A)一般式(1):
−A−(CH2)m−SiR1 a(OR2)3−a (1)
で表される少なくとも1つの末端基を有し、式中、
Aは−O−、−S−、−(R3)N−、−O−CO−N(R3)−、−N(R3)−CO−O−、−N(R3)−CO−NH−、−NH−CO−N(R3)−、−N(R3)−CO−N(R3)−から選択された二価の連結基であり、
R1は1〜10個の炭素原子を有する任意でハロゲン置換されたアルキル、シクロアルキル、アルケニル又はアリールラジカルであり、
R2は1〜6個の炭素原子を有するアルキルラジカル又は全部で2〜10個の炭素原子を有するω−オキサアルキル−アルキルラジカルであり、
R3は水素、任意でハロゲン置換された環状、直鎖又は分岐鎖C1〜C18アルキル又はアルケニルラジカル又はC6〜C18アリールラジカルであり、
aは0〜2の整数であり、
mは1〜6の整数であるアルコキシシラン末端重合体(A)と、
(B)アミノアルキルアルコキシシラン(B)と、
(C)一般式(2):
CH2=C(R4)−C(=O)−O−(CH2)n−SiR5 b(OR6)3−b (2)
で表され、式中、
R4は水素又は1〜6個の炭素原子を有するアルキルラジカルであり、
R5は1〜10個の炭素原子を有する任意でハロゲン置換されたアルキル、シクロアルキル、アルケニル又はアリールラジカルであり、
R6は1〜6個の炭素原子を有するアルキルラジカル又は全部で2〜10個の炭素原子を有するω−オキサアルキル−アルキルラジカルであり、
nは1〜6の整数であり、
bは0〜2の整数であるシラン(C)とを含む重合体混合物。 - アルコキシシラン末端重合体(A)がシラン末端ポリエーテル又はポリウレタンである、請求項1に記載の重合体混合物。
- mが数字1である、請求項1又は2に記載の重合体混合物。
- 連結基Aが定義−O−CO−NH−を有する、請求項1〜3に記載の重合体混合物。
- nが数字1である、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の重合体混合物。
- R4がメチル基である、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の重合体混合物。
- R2がメチル又はエチル基である、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の重合体混合物。
- 錫化合物を縮合触媒として含んでいる、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の重合体混合物。
- 充填材を含んでいる、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の重合体混合物。
- まず最初に重合体(A)と充填材との混合物を調製し、次にシラン(C)を混合し、続いてアミノアルキルアルコキシシラン(B)を混合する、請求項9に記載の重合体混合物の調製方法。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の重合体混合物の接着剤、シーリング剤、及び接合部シーリング剤の分野での使用。
