Description
Claims (13)
- 先行する造形工程において予め付与された表面構造を有する熱可塑性フィルムを後続の付形加工工程、特に付形熱成形工程に付すことを含む三次元的構造化表面を有する熱可塑性フィルムの製造方法であって、
後続の付形加工工程の前に、該フィルムを電子ビーム架橋処理に付し、該架橋処理によって、後続の付形加工工程においてより高い延伸度で延伸される領域が、該領域の隣接領域とは異なる架橋度を有するように、該フィルムの個々の領域を異なる架橋度で十分に架橋させることを特徴とする該製造方法。 - 後続の付形加工工程においてより高い延伸度で延伸される領域が、該領域の隣接領域よりも高い架橋度を有する請求項1に記載の方法。
- 電子ビーム架橋を、2つのフィルム側部又はフィルム表面における架橋度が異なるように、フィルムの両側部においておこなう請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- フィルムの電子ビーム架橋を、少なくとも一方のフィルム表面の射程領域内を電子ビーム源で少なくとも数回照射することによっておこなう請求項1から3いずれかに記載の方法。
- フィルム表面の電子ビーム架橋を、ビーム幅がアパーチュアを用いて調整可能な電子ビームを使用して線状に連続的におこなう請求項1から4いずれかに記載の方法。
- ビーム断面の少なくとも部分的な領域における電子線の強度を変化させるマスクを電子ビーム源と照射フィルム表面との間に配置させる請求項1から5いずれかに記載の方法。
- 後続の付形加工工程において使用される三次元的に構造化された型押表面を有する架橋ポリマー材料を含有する請求項1から6いずれかに記載の方法によって製造される熱可塑性フィルムであって、該フィルムが熱可塑性エラストマー、特に熱可塑性オレフィン又はポリオレフィンの混合物から成ることを特徴とする該熱可塑性フィルム。
- フィルムが、特に自動車の内装用フィルムとして使用するためのフィルムであって、架橋ポリマー材料、特にポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン、及びこれらのコポリマー又はターポリマーの組成物から成るフィルムである請求項7記載の熱可塑性フィルム。
- フィルムが、多層ポリマーフィルム複合材の形態を有する請求項7又は8記載の熱可塑性フィルム。
- フィルムが0.4〜4mmの厚さを有する請求項7から9いずれかに記載の熱可塑性フィルム。
- 後続の付形加工工程においてより高い延伸度の延伸処理に付される領域におけるフィルムのゲル含有量が少なくとも30%、好ましくは40〜60%である請求項7から10いずれかに記載の熱可塑性フィルム。
- フィルムの架橋度の高い領域と架橋度の低い領域との間のゲル含有量の差が10〜60%、好ましくは20〜50%である請求項7から11いずれかに記載の熱可塑性フィルム。
- 請求項1から6いずれかに記載の方法によって製造される発泡体で裏打ちされたフィルム形態の外側表面を有する車両の内装用ダッシュボード。
