Abstract
【解決手段】本発明によれば、洗浄ヘッドがタービン(3)とギアハウジング(13)のギアとの間に、ヒステリシスカップリング(9、11)を備えることにより、ギアがタービンと分離された状態のままになるので、液体による衝撃を受けることがない。ヒステリシスカップリング(9、11)は、インダクタとして電磁石(9)を使用することで調整が可能になり、洗浄ヘッドの回転運動を制御、規制して最良の洗浄パターンを得ることができる。

Claims (4)
- 特にタンクの内側に取付けられる洗浄ヘッドであり、この洗浄ヘッドはギアを回転させる圧力液体により駆動されるタービンを備え、このギアはギアハウジングおよびギアハウジングに取付けられてノズルを有するハブを回転させ、前記液体は作動中に前記タービンから前記ノズルに送られ、前記ギアハウジングは固定部に取付けられて前記タービンからの液体は前記ギアハウジングを迂回して前記ノズルに流れ、前記タービンの回転はカップリング部を有する磁気カップリングを介して前記ギアの入力シャフトに転送され、前記カップリング部のうち駆動カップリング部は前記ギアハウジングの外側に配置され、前記カップリング部のうち被駆動カップリング部は前記ギアハウジングの内側に配置された洗浄ヘッドにおいて、
前記タービン(3)の回転がヒステリシスカップリングを介して前記ギアハウジング(13)のギアに転送され、このヒステリシスカップリングは、液体空間に配置されて、タービン(3)によって駆動される磁気インダクタ(9)を備えるとともに、この磁気インダクタが前記ギアハウジング内に設けられたヒステリシス部(11)を駆動し、このヒステリシス部が前記ギアの入力シャフト(12)に接続されたことを特徴とする洗浄ヘッド。 - 前記インダクタ部(9)が、電磁石から形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の洗浄ヘッド。
- 前記インダクタ部(9)が磁界強度に関して調整可能であり、これにより前記磁気カップリングを介して転送されるトルクおよび/または速度に関して調節可能であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の洗浄ヘッド。
- 前記インダクタ部(9)が、永久磁石により形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の洗浄ヘッド。
