Claims (1)
- アミン溶媒を使用して供給ガスストリームからアミンで捕捉可能なガスを除去するための方法であって、
(a)供給ガスストリームを希薄アミン溶媒と接触させて濃厚アミン溶媒を形成させるステップであって、濃厚アミン溶媒中に熱安定塩が存在するステップと、
(b)濃厚アミン溶媒からアミンで捕捉可能なガスをストリップして希薄アミン溶媒およびオーバーヘッドの還流ストリームを形成させるステップと、
(c)希薄アミン溶媒および濃厚アミン溶媒の一方または両方の少なくとも一部分を周期的にアニオン交換樹脂と接触させて第1の熱安定塩希薄アミン溶媒を形成させるステップと、
(d)アニオン交換樹脂を定期的に再生するステップであって、アニオン交換樹脂の再生前に、還流ストリームの少なくとも一部分を使用して、アニオン交換樹脂からアミン溶媒を洗い流して第2の熱安定塩希薄アミン溶媒を製造するステップと、
(e)第1および第2の熱安定塩希薄アミン溶媒の少なくとも一部分を、供給ガスからアミンで捕捉可能なガスを捕捉するのに使用するためにリサイクルするステップと
を含む方法。
