Claims (2)
- 複数の光束(B1〜Bi)を生成する少なくとも1つの前置された多色光源(1)、および少なくとも1つの格子状受動部品(8、9)を備える多色点光源の平面アレイと、ビームスプリッタ(11)と、屈折力が波長に依存する少なくとも1つの素子(12)と、横方向にスペクトル分離するための手段(19)と検出器マトリクスに合焦させるための手段(20)とが前置された、検出器の光路内の少なくとも1つの平面検出器マトリクス(21)と、物体を照射、かつ撮像するための計測対物レンズ(14)とを装置内に有する、物体形状または1つまたは複数の物体の形状および位置を三次元計測するための強力なクロマティック共焦点技術の方法であって、色較正のために少なくとも部分的にスペクトル定義された基準光束が生成され、前記基準光束は前記平面アレイの少なくとも1つの格子状受動部品(8、9)を経て、ならびに基準光路を経て拡散し、前記検出器に通じる前記光路内で再び結合され、スペクトル分離後に基準点像として少なくともほぼ合焦されて前記検出器マトリクス(21)に到達し、横方向にずれているサブマトリクス(21a、21b、21c)が物体光をスペクトル分析するために前記基準点像を利用して前記検出器マトリクス(21)上で数値的に画定され、これらのサブマトリクスが前記物体形状の三次元計測に利用されることを特徴とする方法。
- 複数の光束(B1〜Bi)を生成する少なくとも1つの前置された多色光源(1)、および少なくとも1つの格子状受動部品(8、9)を備える多色点光源の平面アレイと、ビームスプリッタ(11)と、屈折力が波長に依存する少なくとも1つの素子(12)と、横方向にスペクトル分離するための手段(19)と検出器マトリクスに合焦させるための手段(20)とが前置された、検出器の光路内の少なくとも1つの平面検出器マトリクス(21)と、物体を照射、かつ撮像するための計測対物レンズ(14)とを装置内に有する、物体形状または1つまたは複数の物体の形状および位置を三次元計測するための頑丈なクロマティック共焦点技術の前記装置であって、前記装置を較正するために少なくとも一時的に、少なくとも部分的にスペクトル定義された少なくとも1つの所定の基準光束を有する基準光路が配置され、前記平面アレイがスペクトル軸に対して鋭角に相対回転されて前記平面検出器マトリクス(21)上に配置され、点光源が前記検出器マトリクスの平面に投影される際に、前記点光源の連結線が前記平面でスペクトル軸、すなわちλ軸と鋭角をなすように前記回転が前記装置の光軸(OA)を中心に行われることを特徴とする装置。
