Claims (46)
- 水洗トイレで使い捨て可能に特に適切な生分解性排泄物収集パウチであって;
1対の壁を持っており、これらはその周辺部に沿って綴じられ、それらの間に排泄物受け取りチャンバーを画定し;
これらの側壁の1つが排泄物受け取り開口部を持っており、これを通してチャンバーと連絡し;

(a)液体及び固体排泄物に対して非透過性のヒートシール性の薄いフィルムと、1以上の生分解性可塑剤により可塑化された生分解性脂肪族ポリエステル、生分解性脂肪族芳香族コポリエステル、又はそれらの配合物を含む組成物との層、及び
(b)阻害されずにこれに結合した1表面を有する、水分散性繊維の水崩壊性、生分解性被覆層
から構成され;該パウチの外側面少なくとも一部に沿っている該繊維が、水に曝されて、次に乾燥し、再び水に曝されて水溶性になる際に滑りやすくなることが可能な、水溶性親水性潤滑剤でコートされている、収集パウチ。 - 前記親水性潤滑剤は、ヒドロキシエチルセルロース、ヒドロキシプロピルセルロース、カルボキシメチルセルロース、及びそれらの塩、ポリエチレングリコール、ゴム、ゼラチン、ペクチン、ポリエチレンオキシド、ポリアクリルアミド、アクリル酸コポリマー、及びそれらの塩、並びに水溶性シリコーン潤滑剤からなる群から選択され、任意に、1つ以上の増粘剤、防腐剤、臭気清浄剤/脱臭剤、溶解エンハンサーと組み合わせる、請求項1に記載の収集パウチ。
- 前記親水性潤滑剤は、乾燥しているが、前記パウチが60秒未満、好ましくは30秒未満、より好ましくは15秒未満で水洗トイレの水に浸された際、該パウチの水洗能力を推進し、下水道システムを通じての通過が推進されるように、水和して滑りやすくなる、請求項1又は2に記載の収集パウチ。
- 前記フィルムの厚さが、約40ミクロン以下、好ましくは約10〜35ミクロンの範囲内、より好ましくは約15〜30ミクロンの範囲内である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の収集パウチ。
- 前記ラミネートの前記層が弱く結合して一緒になっており、約2〜10g/インチ範囲内、より好ましくは約3〜10g/インチの範囲内で180°剥離力をかけることにより、各層を損なわずに保ちながら互いに分離可能である、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の収集パウチ。
- 前記組成物が、70〜95重量%、好ましくは約75〜93重量%、より好ましくは約90重量%の前記生分解性脂肪族ポリエステル及び脂肪族芳香族コポリマーと、25〜30重量%、好ましくは7〜25重量%、より好ましくは10重量%の前記1つ以上の生分解性可塑剤との配合物を含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の収集パウチ。
- 前記脂肪族ポリエステル、もしくは前記コポリエステルの脂肪族部分が、ラクトンの開環重合により形成されるポリマーを含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の収集パウチ。
- 前記脂肪族芳香族コポリマーが、グリコールの、脂肪族二酸及び芳香族二酸の組み合わせとの縮合生成物を含み、前記芳香族二酸が20モル%未満である、請求項1〜7のいずれかに1項に記載の収集パウチ。
- 前記生分解性脂肪族ポリエステルもしくはコポリマーの前記フィルムが単層である、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の収集パウチ。
- 前記水崩壊性被覆層である前記繊維がセルロース性である、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の収集パウチ。
- 前記被覆層が、100%セルロース性繊維から形成されたティシューペーパーを含む、請求項1〜10のいずか1項に記載の収集パウチ。
- 前記被覆層が、前記フィルムにヒートボンドされる、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の収集パウチ。
- 水洗トイレでの排泄物収集パウチの水洗能力を推進する方法であって、
1対の壁を持っており、これらはその周辺端に沿って綴じられ、これらの間に

該外側パウチの材料の融点よりも実質的に低い融点を持っている該内側パウチのフィルム用材料を選択するステップ;並びに
該内側及び外側パウチの壁の周辺部分と、該排泄物受け取り開口部を取り囲んでいる該内側及び外側パウチの近位の壁の部分を一緒に繋ぐステップ

- 前記親水性潤滑剤は乾燥しているが、内側パウチが60秒未満、好ましくは30秒未満、より好ましくは15秒未満で水洗トイレの水に浸された際、前記パウチの水洗能力を推進し、公共下水システムのパウチの通過が推進されるように、水和し、滑りやすくなる、請求項29〜34のいずれかに1項に記載のオストミー用品。
- 近位及び遠位の側壁を持っており、チャンバーを画定している、液体、気体、及び匂い非透過性ヒートシール性ポリマーフィルムから形成される外側パウチ;
近位及び遠位の側壁を持っており、該チャンバー中に配置されており、トイレで使い捨てできる内側パウチ;
貫通した排泄物受け取り開口部を一直線上に持っているこれら内側及び外側パウチの近位の壁;
該開口部を取り囲んでいる領域中のこれら内側及び外側パウチの近位の壁を、患者の排泄物出口の周りの皮膚表面に取り付けるための取り付け手段;
(a)排泄物に対して非透過性の薄いヒートシール性のポリマーフィルムと、
(b)これに結合し、水分散性繊維からできている、水崩壊性、有孔、生分解性被覆層
であって、該パウチの外側面少なくとも一部に沿っている該繊維が、水に曝されて、次に乾燥し、再び水に曝されて水溶性になる際に滑りやすくなることが可能な、水溶性親水性潤滑剤でコートされている、被覆層から構成されるシート材料から形成される壁を持っている使い捨て可能な該内側パウチ;
を含む、パウチ中パウチ排泄物収集用品。 - 外側表面に結合した水崩壊性繊維により被覆された薄いポリマーフィルムから構成される物品のトイレ水洗能力を増進する方法であって、該物品の外側面に沿っている該繊維の少なくとも一部を、水和して滑りやすくなる親水性薬剤でコーティングすることによって該被覆を改善するステップを含む、方法。

- 前記フィルムが、1つ以上の生分解性可塑剤により可塑化された生分解性脂肪族ポリエステル、生分解性脂肪族芳香族コポリマー、又はそれらの配合物を含む、請求項40に記載の方法。
- 前記フィルムの厚さが、約40ミクロン以下、好ましくは約10〜35ミクロンの範囲内、より好ましくは約15〜30ミクロンの範囲内である、請求項38〜41のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記被覆層が、水分散性繊維で形成されている不織布材料である、請求項38〜42のいずれかに1項に記載の方法。
- 前記水崩壊性被覆層の前記繊維がセルロース性である、請求項43に記載の方法。
- 前記被覆層が、100%セルロース性繊維から形成されたティシューペーパーを含む、請求項44に記載の方法。
- 前記親水性薬剤により被覆される前記繊維が、前記繊維層被覆の外側面に沿って位置する、請求項38に記載の方法。
