Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- 膜電極アセンブリにガスケットを成形するシステムであって、
閉鎖可能な型ブロックによって少なくとも部分的に画定されるキャビティと、
前記キャビティ内にガスケット材を射出するための少なくとも1つの射出ゲートと、
前記膜電極アセンブリを前記キャビティに隣接させて保持するためのマウントと、
前記マウント上に保持されている前記膜電極アセンブリに圧力を加えるために、前記閉鎖可能な型ブロックに対して独立して移動可能な型インサートとを備えている、システム。 - 前記キャビティが前記マウントの周辺に横方向に配置されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記膜電極アセンブリは周縁部を有し、且つ該膜電極アセンブリの周縁部が前記キャビティ内に延びるように前記マウントが構成されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記型インサートによって前記膜電極アセンブリに加えられる圧力が調節可能である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- マウントインサートの動きを制御するためのプロセス制御ユニットをさらに有し、該マウントインサートの動きが、前記膜電極アセンブリに加えられる圧力に少なくとも部分的に基づいている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記キャビティは、成形されたガスケット内に複製構造を形成するための複数の複製パターンを有する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記キャビティ内に配置されている移動可能なキャビティインサートをさらに有する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 膜電極アセンブリにガスケットを成形するシステムであって、
第1の型ブロックと、
前記第1の型ブロックと密接してキャビティを画定するように構成されている第2の型ブロックと、
前記キャビティ内にガスケット材を射出するための少なくとも1つの射出ゲートと、
前記膜電極アセンブリを前記キャビティに隣接させて保持するための、前記第1の型ブロックに固定されているマウントと、
前記マウントに保持されている前記膜電極アセンブリに対して調節可能な圧力を加えるための、前記第2の型ブロック内に配置されている型インサートとを備えている、システム。 - 前記型インサートが、前記第1の型ブロック及び前記第2の型ブロックに対し独立して移動可能である、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- マウントインサートの動きを制御するためのプロセス制御ユニットをさらに有し、該マウントインサートの動きが、前記膜電極アセンブリに加えられる圧力に少なくとも部分的に基づいている、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 加えられた調節可能な圧力が、前記ガスケット材の1つ以上の流動特性に応じて調節される、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記キャビティは、成形されたガスケット内に複製構造を形成するための複数の複製パターンを有する、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記キャビティ内に配置されている移動可能なキャビティインサートをさらに有する、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの射出ゲートが、前記ガスケット内のマニフォールド開口部に対応する位置に配置されている、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 周縁部を有する膜電極アセンブリにガスケットを成形する方法であって、
第1の型ブロックと第2の型ブロックとの間に前記膜電極アセンブリを配置するステップと、
前記第2の型ブロックに対して前記第1の型ブロックを閉じてキャビティを画定し、前記膜電極アセンブリの周縁部を前記キャビティ内に配置するステップと、
前記膜電極アセンブリに圧力を加えるために型インサートを移動させるステップと、
前記膜電極アセンブリの前記周縁部上に前記ガスケットを形成するために前記型にガスケット材を射出するステップと、を有するシステム。 - 前記膜電極アセンブリに設定圧力が加えられるまで前記型インサートを移動させる、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記設定圧力が、前記ガスケット材の1つ以上の流動特性に少なくとも部分的に基づいている、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 該マウント上に前記膜電極アセンブリを保持し、前記キャビティをマウントの周囲に横方向に配置するステップをさらに有する、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記ガスケット内に複数の複製構造を形成させるステップをさらに有する、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記膜電極アセンブリの周縁部は複数の縁形状を有し、且つ該縁形状に射出ガスケット材が適合する、請求項15に記載の方法。
